The only issue was that there were no holes drilled for the drawers to be on the left side. I ordered this desk after reading the reviews. I was confident that IF I were to receive a desk with imperfections that I would be able to solve the problem with the help of their customer service line. I was confused as to how the desk I received could have possibly passed any sort of quality inspection. The box, Styrofoam, and cardboard corners that it arrived in were perfectly fine. So when I checked all the pieces, I was surprised to have one corner of the desk completely smashed. I put the desk together anyways, I work remotely and had just moved into a new place, I didn't have much choice. Through the process, I found more imperfections. I was missing holes for the cross bar supports, screw holes for the feet of the desk, and the desk top compared to the shelf top were two completely different textures. One matte and the other wood grain? Weird... At first I was not satisfied with my purchase. After a few emails with the customer service they offered me a $50 refund for my "loss". I persisted that $50 was still a loss. I was then offered an entire replacement at no cost and without the need to ship the previous one back. This desk came within 2 days, has no imperfections, is sturdy, and now aesthetically pleasing. For the price, this desk is a place where I love to work. I would buy with hesitation and hope that you get lucky enough to receive a quality desk on the first try. ... show more

This is a good desk. If you're looking for something on a budget, this is great. I like the shelf to keep my printer on, I like the leg room, really the only thing I don't like is the crack is has from being two separate pieces of wood. But I'm an artist and I find that I have all the space I need with this desk, even though I often have it a bit messy. I also scratched it in one spot (my fault), and it doesn't seem like the wood underneath is unbearably yellow when you just have a basic little mark on it the way a lot of more affordable desks do. Putting it together wasn't that bad, I'm 19, clumsy, and not that good with small parts so I was surprised I managed put this together on my own. Towards the end it would definitely help to have another person hold things up for you while you place things together, but if I managed to do it, I'm sure you'll do just fine. ... show more

This desk is a great fit for my small-ish apartment. It certainly isn’t going to win any awards or look incredible in a nice office but it works great for me. It holds 2 monitors and my laptop and the storage is good in the bin drawers. Very easy to put together, simple and it just works.
