I didn't know you were supposed to use another tool (Allen wrench) to help turn the screws in while I was using the screw driver provided. From what I remember (because I bought this item about 2 years ago) it was fairly easy to put up. I did it myself and I’m not very good in that department. Fast forward to 2023, the desk is still sturdy. I don’t use it for what it’s supposed to be used. But I do bury it with clothes and stuff I can’t find a place for in my room. I bought two of these to use as a computer desk and a craft desk for our den. These are just the right size. They were very easy to assemble and seem pretty sturdy. They aren't super heavy so there is a bit of wobble but not so much that it interferes with what I'm doing. The side shelves are nice for things you use frequently and fit a variety of basket sizes. I do have a separate file cabinet for files/paperwork and a separate table for our printer but I could put the printer on one of the desks if I really needed to. ... show more
