We ordered his usual size 10. It did not fit at all. I returned it for a size 11. He opened it and looked at the boot (which we did not do with the previous size 10) and he said this is a size 10 not 11 sent. But this time it fit. We are wondering if they were sending a size 9 when he ordered a 10. Well when he got his Cinderella moment that these boots fit, he loves them. They are comfortable as it's a a Goodyear welt construction and stingray at this price??!! It can't be beat! I had bought stingray booties from Cuadra that I just had to size 1/2 up for women and apparently the same rule for men's if they send the correct size we want the first time lol either way we love these boots!!! It is more of a dress boot vs cowboy boot look but he is fine with this!! ... show more

I had high hopes for this product, the boots looked amazing y I was very desperate for their arrival, however sadly this vendor send me a pair of used boots, they were partially damaged in a few places and the box was like it was kicked with the very same boots like a football. I still can believe that after paying $500 I would receive such a bad customer experience. I still find the boots very attractive and nice, but it would take huge step for me to try them again.
