I own 3 pairs of these pants. They are a great neutral pant for all sorts of occasions. Perfect length for petites. I have a bit of a mom pooch, which unfortunately is emphasized in these. I just wear w/ longer tops that over the belly area. They are quick drying as well.

I bought these for my mom who is 4'9. Obviously getting the right length is always a problem for her but these fit so perfect they had just a bit of a crease on the top of her foot. She loves how they have a comfortable give to the fabric and that they look almost dressy. They are really easy for her to dress up or down with these and they wash up really nice. I think they would also fit as pants if you were slightly taller.
