I mostly buy Shein Glowmode for workout clothing these days but it’s hard to find good supportive bras. I work out enough but I am not super fit and toned so not just any sports bra works for me. I sized up based on existing reviews. I usually wear M/L in activewear.. M bottoms and L tops. I got an XL bc so many reviews say fits small but even though I loved how XL fit the band is much looser than I’d like. I ordered a Large to compare and the Large fits me much better. They are basically the same in my opinion but Large offers better compression and no gaps (but it’s not overly tight). Picture is with the XL on but Large pretty much looks the same to me but fits more snug in a good way. Order your regular size folks!

This is by far one of my all time favorite sports bras! It’s really nice and secure and has a lot of support. I does have removable pads which is nice if you don’t like them. The back is super cute and really shows off the back muscles! I have a lululemon bra like this and I honestly prefer this one! I also love the bright colors! I got a size small because I prefer my sports bras to be a bit tighter but I would say they are true to size! I want to get one in ever color they have!!

I absolutely love these bras. I have several and they are very comparable to lululemon for about half the price! The colors are vibrant and after a few washes are still super bright. The bra pads have not folded or moved at all even with 3-4 washes which is amazing! 1 thing that is a little annoying, but not bad is that you do have to fix the straps in the back due to them sometimes being pulled longer on 1 side of another, but it’s an easy adjustment. I own almost every CRZ item at this point + take immense pride wearing this brand, as I own so much Lululemon, but the bra quality of the straps + material recently is NOT the same quality as a year ago when I found the brand. I usually wear a 4/6 in bras at Lulu and usually a small in this bra but recently had to go to a XS bc the straps are SO long + get stretched out after a couple minutes of wear so there’s no support

I now own a few of these bras. They are just like Lululemon without the price tag. I am 5’8”, 143, 34C and I ordered a medium and it fits great. I do CrossFit and this holds up with all of the movement I do! The colors are great too!
