The media could not be loaded. i’ve been really messing with this monitor at first it would randomly shut off during games and i couldn’t figure out if it was an issue on my end it will still happen but it hasn’t for a while now hopefully it’s fixed but other then that quality is great

New Review: Don't buy this monitor, My video card had sent a TO HIGH FREQUENCY to the monitor through the cable I was using on HDMI. It caused an overheat which the monitor was not smart enough to detect. It suffered damage at the plug on the monitor. I got only 4 months use. The image developed a streak which grew and finally was useless using a different plug. And the companies website didn't exist any more. It was out of the return date to Amazon so it was a total loss and I had to buy another one-DIFFERENT BRAND. I was very dismayed, this has never happened to me before. So I am warning others that the price is low for a reason. So far the one I replaced it with has not had this issue. BEWARE. OLD REVIEW: Monitor worked just perfect, after playing with the color settings I got what I was looking for. Images are crisp. Gaming is delightful. The sync works great. Different angle viewing was better than I expected. The curve is more moderate than some. Menu layout is logical and the settings work great. No bad pixels. My only real complaint is the base being none adjustable. But I had an old keyboard wrist rest which solved that issue under the from legs. The power pack seems to run a bit warm. The refresh speeds are what is advertised. Net images are instantaneous with a good high speed connection. Color rendering is just fine for my photography. The added size is helping me with my internet work, much more real estate to play in. All In All 100% content. ... show more

Super easy to set up, didn't have to load any drivers or adjust much of anything, it worked right out of the box. I wanted to try to get a clearer picture and I found the adjusting knob pretty challenging. I had to set the aspect ratio to 4X3 as the wide mode is far too distorted for me. I am used to a 15 year old 19" flat screen. Wanted to upgrade so I got this. Wide screen monitors (at least this one) stretch the picture out in the horizontal quite a bit. Not at all to my liking. I have dual 27" monitors at work and they are crisp and don't seem warped at all. I think the refresh rate is too low, it automatically set to 60Hz and I cannot seem to change that. The text is not all that crisp and the color is meh. It is big though, I will say that. Although not that big when set to 4X3 there are 4" black dead zones on either side of the remaining picture. I am sure that some techno geek could tweek this in a lot better, but I am no techno geek. I would choose a more square design if I had it to do over again. ... show more
