    • Sturdy but not rigid purse with roomy pockets
This is a very well-made, sturdy purse. I like the fact that the material is firm enough to stand up, but not so stiff as to be difficult to handle. I was having trouble finding a purse that was that medium ground of firmness in the material so it doesn’t fall over in half. The embroidered straps are very beautiful and well-made. Inside, there are two open pockets to hold things. In one pocket I have my driving glasses, comb and a credit card. In the other pocket I put my iPhone 14. My iPhone 14 is in a small case. The phone pocket is a little bit snug, but it still fits in there even with my case on my phone. There is also a zippered pocket inside that is very large compared to what one often sees in purses. I could put my iPhone 14 in there in its case, and still have an inch and a half room left on top to zip it up. It’s a snug fit side-to-side but it fits. The outside zippered pocket is very large and roomy. It reaches all the way down to the bottom of the purse. On the other side is the magnetic closure pocket, and it also reaches all the way down to the bottom of the purse. The zippers work well and the shoulder straps are easy to change out. I have used the purse for about a week, and have not seen any scuff marks or other discoloration that might come from cheap material being used too much. I actually ordered this one and a smaller crossbody, didn't know if I'd like the guitar strap look and this came with 2, one in green and a more neutral looking one. This purse was so soft and looked like real leather. Even got asked how expensive my leather purse was from a family member. Showed her the purchase and she was shocked as well that it's not. I did get it in the brown leather look and absolutely love it. Strap adjusts and it fits more then I need. I love the color and style of this purse. It has pockets in all the right places. It's the perfect size for me because I wanted to carry a bit less, and thus, downsize my bag. The quality is great and has shown no signs of wear over the continuous two or three months I've used it. My only complaint is the strap - which is my favorite part. Not long after use the threads on one side of it pulled out when accidentally catching on my coat zipper. The opposite side of the strap doesn't have threads that can be easily caught, so I put that side out since the pulled threads on the other side don't look good. I’m very glad I bought this bag. The quality is higher than I was expecting too. Especially for less than $35! The hardware — brass zippers, corner-rivets, and strap clasps all seem sturdy. The pink color I chose actually looks better in person (in my opinion) than in the photos. It’s a neutral, dusky-rose color rather than a true pink, and it works well with fall colors. All three inner parts of the purse are lined with a subtle, v-patterned material and the sewing seems skillfully done. —No gaps in any of the seams for coins to slip through, for example. Finally, I know this is a silly little detail, but, I especially love the way the main zipper folds downward when open. Since the zipper teeth point down toward the bottom of the bag, when I reach inside to grab something, the zipper doesn’t scrape my wrist or hand. ❤️ ... show more
