Original order came with two completely different strap designs than pictured. The bag was also much lighter than photos. Amazon quickly replaced with the same product which also happened to be the wrong color straps. Aside from the issues, this is a fantastic bag with a super convenient style. LOVE THIS BAG!! My daughter has a similar one and paid A LOT for it. This one is a fraction of what she paid for hers. I love the outer pockets with a magnetic snap and the outer zippered pocket on the other side. I find it to be quite roomy in the inside, and I don’t struggle with the zipper that closes the main compartment. I love the color which was true to what was shown in the picture. It comes with 2 easily adjustable shoulder straps, and I can order replacement straps to fit the season (summer, fall) if I want. The straps are secured with clips allowing for easy replacement.
