During the 1950s, new accounts included Sears Roebuck & Co., Montgomery Ward, and Western Auto, all of which sold Crosman's products under their respective brand names. In 1966, Crosman introduced its own Crosman brand airgun, the Crosman Pumpmaster 760, which has sold more than 11 million units to date. Crosman Corporation is now an international designer, manufacturer, and marketer of Crosman pellet, BB, airsoft rifles and pistols, Copperhead ammunition, and Benjamin pellet rifles and ammunition.

  • Works Great on a Crosman 1377 With A Steel Breech Upgrade! (Just A Few Things To Note)
I have a modded Crosman 1377 with the steel breech update (CR-1377SBPK), which of course, if you want a regular rear sight, it will cost you like $60, just because they are so rare, which is the reason you see almost all modded Crosman 13XX's with a scope, which is a lot cheaper! I put my old Daisy 4x10 on it, but I couldn't raise the elevation high enough, plus the mounting wasn't the greatest, since the steel breech has a deep cut mounting notch cut into it, and the Daisy mount is a bit rounded and not really a good fit. This scope's mounting fits much better into the deep groove on the steel breech, which was what I was hoping that matching Crosman products together would do! I read a lot of the reviews and Q&A's, which one helpful tip was to unlock the Lock Ring and unscrew the Focus Eye Piece all the way out, if it seems out of focus for you. I got this scope from Amazon Warehouse, which was a few bucks cheaper, which when I looked through it, it seemed blurry to me, which was likely why it got returned. I unscrewed the Focus Eye Piece to where you can see the threads, but after getting it sighted in, it is now my go to gun that I have the most confidence in now! I am able to hit a metal 15.5 oz sized can at just under 33 yards, which I measured with my range finder! Also note that you can loosen the scope rings and move them so that they attach where ever you like or need them to attach to the breech, which is what I ended up doing! ... show more

  • Good Product for the Price
What woud you expect for les than $10 bucks? This scope is a fine product considering the price. Of course the optics are not tack sharp, but they are clear enough for shooting at 50 to 100 feet, which is about the maximum you would expect for the sort of entry level pellet gun it is marketed towards. The mounting rings are pretty nice for the price and will mount right up on your 3/8 dovetail which is common to most pellet guns. One word of caution though: My scope came with the two rings slightly misaligned from one another. As in one ring was rotated about the barrel of the scope a teensy impreceptible bit from the other. This caused me to have a little trouble in dialing it in until I figured out what the root of the problem was. The two rings were aligned close enough to attach the scope to the dovetail, but out enough to cause them to not seat properly. I fixed it by mounting one ring to the gun first while the second was loosened from clamping around the scope before mounting it. Then I loosened both rings, aligned the cross hairs, and re-clamped the scope in both rings. After that it wasn't hard to dial in at all. Parralax is always an issue when using any scope, and this one is no sniper scope. Parallax is the relative movement of the cross hairs when you move your eyeball (head) position slightly. It is important to position your head the same way each shot to minimize this. A piece of painter's tape on the stock that you can feel against your cheek when your head is in position helps. • It's a Ten Dollar Scope
This is a cheap scope, it works like a ten dollar scope. It did fit on my pellet gun dovetail well, and the optics are decent, but sighting it in is where the quality of this scope will start to show up. It's near impossible to zero in, the adjustments turn like loose screws and I'm not sure it's moving anything as no matter which way I turned them, it didn't seem to move the reticle at all. Could be me, but I don't think so. For the money, sure, but I think I'm going to get a better scope for the pellet gun next time, this just won't sight in for me. ... show more

  • Accurate scope
The build is plastic so I damaged the screws a little when zeroing it in, but it's only cosmetic and overall a great budget scope for an airgun. A piece in the front fell out and I had to put it back in. Doesn't perform well in the dark, not enough light gets through. Accuracy is good. For the price, it's worth it. ... show more

  • Will not hold Zero. Especially on a 760 pumpmaster classic
I wasn't expecting much out of this cheap scope so I wasn't to disappointed to get and realize that it's completely unreiliable. Scanned the minimal directions to see if I was doing something wrong like missing a locking screw to hold the adjustment knobs after zero is accomplished, but no answers. If you wanna good bb gun scope buy a smaller Sig option that works for your setup. Their prices are really good for the quality of the optic and lifetime.gaurentee fully transferrable and no proof of purchase needed tonredeem the wattanty If your sig optic breaks just simply notify the customer service and send it to them( they will send you a means to ship it back, and within days you'll have yours back fixed solid, or a brand new replacement . Don't waste your money save a few more bucks and buy quality. ... show more

  • Great Scope
For all of those who don’t like this scope, you are probably using it wrong. If your problem is the adjustment of it, just loosen the scope rings, scoot the scope back all the way, then tighten the rear one near the stock, then semi tighten the front one. After, adjust it how you want!

  • Works great
It's been abused and is just a fantastic little air rifle scope
Reviewed in the United States on January 1, 2025 by Got the shirt, it's cool and all but it is not the shirt that's advertised, has only front print and absolutely no back print. That was the whole point of purchasing this particular shirt. Then taking extra time it's to close to the holidays to send it back.

  • It's just a toy
Don't. Just don't. I bought this scope by itself and also bought a rifle that had this scope included. Both times were a mistake. Honestly, you can shoot better and zero in more quickly with your eyes closed, and if you so much as sneeze within 10 feet of this scope, it's going to be off. Just fork over an extra 10-15 bucks and you can buy something that's actually useful. This thing is so cheap and fragile you couldn't even use it to clean your gutters. ... show more
