These shoes were a favorite over the summer. I ended up wearing them every day because they were so comfortable, and I loved how they looked with all my outfits and how the platform gave me a little extra height. I was able to put them in the sink and wash them so that they didn't become stinky and to keep them clean. They fit as expected and the look was better than expected. Shoes were nice and comfortable but after a few hours in I noticed my feet were slipping towards the front. I'm usually a 7-7.5 and got a size 6 and they fit me perfectly. I loved these sandals, to look at, for the comfortable cushioned but well supported wedge heel. They look cute too. BUT - I am often a 7.5 size, and the 7 was too small (pinched my bunion (big toe) bone on the left foot, and the bunionette (little toe) bone on the right foot. If they had been a half size bigger I think the front strap would have been suitably supportive without pressure. I tried the larger size, but then the shoes seemed huge (to look at) and didn't hold my feet when I walked - they were swimming in the size 8. So I reluctantly had to send them back. These sandals are super comfy. I have wide feet and thick ankles and surprisingly they fit perfectly. I normally wear a 9 1/2 or a 9 wide and these are perfect.
