I bought these to wear for work at a school district. I was looking for something comfortable and stylish. These Croc Brooklyns did NOT disappoint. Best part, they are so lightweight! Looking at the pictures and seeing the gel bottom of the heels can make you wonder how heavy they can be but they are not. Also loving the way they wrap around your ankle in a cross style in the back. I wear a size 7 in regular shoes and bought a 6 in these. They fit just right. ... show more

The sole of this is super comfortable, the platform feels stable and they look really cute. They also wipe clean very easily. While they are comfortable and easy to walk in, you can't wear them for a long time as once your foot sweats even a little you start to slide down and the toe area will start to pinch. I was a HUGE fan of the Brooklyn style with the canvas upper, I had multiple pairs over the years. When it was time to replace for a third round, I was disappointed to see that that style was no longer available, so I opted for this instead. The foot bed and wedge are extremely similar to my old style, just as comfortable and durable. The toe and ankle strap are plasticy material, but they are comfortable, flexible and breathable. The ankle strap is almost a button function, which is an interesting modification from my older version, which was a hook and eye type closure. The strap is secure and fits well. MY BIG GRIPE is that the wedge part of the shoe is not a solid color, it is coated, and that coating scuffs up the plastic upper terribly, leaving dark brown smudges all over the tan plastic. I personally think standard clog-style Crocs should never leave the house because they're so ugly. LoL But I was looking for some really comfy & squishy summer sandals for lots of walking and these caught my eye. What I love: • They don't look like Crocs which is a major selling point for me 😂 • Very comfortable. Like walking on marshmallows. • Versatile- they're cute with jeans, shorts, dresses, flowy pants- I wear them with everything! • Sizing is spot on My only critique is that the ankle strap is long and feels kind of flappy but I have little chicken ankles so that's probably a "me" issue. I've had these since Memorial Day, wear them several times a week, and they look brand new. Wore them to a really dusty outdoor festival and they were filthy but I just rinsed them off in the sink and they're good to go. These are the kind of sandals you can take on vacation and wear them every day, with everything, and save so much space in your bag because they're THAT versatile.
