I usually wear a 7.5-8 and ordered a women's size 6. The length and width were fine. However, these things were so uncomfortable! I got them for vacation and after one day of wearing them the outer edge of my feet hurt so badly that I couldn't bring myself to put them on again. I bought these for the style of a platform bottom, and a slide fit, but they were just heavier and clunkier than I expected. They were cute style and a cute pink color, they just flopped at the heel when I took a step and I knew that would be uncomfortable if I wore them some where were I had be walking.
