True to size. My husband wears size 13 and has very wide feet. Tip: If they're too snug, warm the straps a bit with a hair dryer and immediately wear them with socks on until they cool or a bit longer, they will keep their width and will be super comfortable.

These are SO ugly on my big feet, but they are thick, and very comfortable. Easy on/off. I was surprised at how comfortable. After breaking my foot and ankle, I wore these (against medical advice, I later found out, don't do what I did - not enough support apparently) to get to the podiatrist and it was far less painful than other footwear. If you have foot pain that isn't from an urgent issue, I might try these for home wear (or take them to the store, do you). The one thing they were even better for was wearing in conjunction with a boot. They aren't *quite* tall enough to prevent the (debilitating, eventually) pain of having your hips out of alignment, but they put it off for a lot longer than I thought they would. I have a wide foot and generally cannot wear a normal size shoe unless it’s a sandal, with which I normally don’t have a problem. It says to order a size down so I normally wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered a size eight. They’re very snug across the top of my foot. I have never bought crocs before so I am going to return them and get one size larger and hopefully that will do the trick. ... show more
