Fit my need for work shoes with an open back (got a big popped blister on heel and couldn’t have pressure on back of heel). Comfortable, stayed on well, white color fit into needs for uniform. I was looking to replace my old crocks that I had for about 10 years (left one in the picture). They are still fine and softer than the new ones, I just got tired of them and wanted to change. I wear them instead of slippes as they're provide cushion on my hardwood floors withouth making my feet sweat. The new ones aren't as narrow as my old ones, but better than others I have tried where I could put both feet unto one shoe. However, they're too short and not just by a little bit. You can see the difference (they're both size 8). With the strap, my toes are cramped against the shoe, and without it, my heel goes over the "lip."
