I ordered the CL01 cue set 2. I got everything shown in the stock photo : --- Carbon shaft + cue butt, with joint protectors. --- 1x1 cue case, a nice surprise because it's a hard case with a soft exterior pouch, and a shoulder strap. --- 4 weight bolts. There is another weight bolt (smallest in photo attached) came installed in the cue, making a total of 5. --- Cue Extension. The thread is slightly different from the stock photo. It's has less threads = less time needed to switch around. Now for the review: Cue plays very well. Joint was smooth and seamless, this is very important to me because I've caught my beard with cues that have less than perfect joints and it HURT. The paint and finish job looks better than those stock photo. The tip is multi layered leather. It's medium hard, leaning towards hard. Rolls straight, no surprise here. And it's carbon so it should stay this way for years to come. Shaft : NOT Pro Taper. Since it' has a 12.5mm tip the increase in shaft diameter is not that steep compared to a snooker cue. Not a huge deal breaker for me but I figure I should mention this here since this might be important to somebody. One thing that was not mentioned here was the weight. Probably because it varies and they don't want people crying about it's off by 0.25 oz. I weighted mine, and here is my result : Shaft = 3.88 oz Butt (with factory installed weight bolt removed) = 14.46 oz. Factory installed weight bolt = 0.60 oz. (4) included weight bolts = 1.23 oz. ; 1.83 oz. ; 2.47 oz. and 3.03 oz. Cue extension : 3.28 oz. Conclusion : This is a decent choice for people starting out. The set has plenty of things for you to explore with and learn from. You are not getting AAAAAA graded maple, or any exotic wood, abalone shell, gold, ........ You are getting a decent playing cue with all the essential accessories. With it's hard leather tip and the biggest weight bolt, you can probably use it as a break cue when you are ready to upgrade from this later, or keep this as a spare cue, or take it to the bar with all the greasy food (carbon wipes clean easily). At this price, I would be really pissed if it gets stolen, but at least I won't be crying.

Wasn't sure what to expect this is my only carbon fiber cue stick. But it's great nice weight, Very smooth, Easy to perform backspin, follow and stun shots. Plus the case and cloth were nice touches. No complaints

For the price it is pretty great. Solid, straight and almost as described. The only two drawbacks #1 the tip is awful, may as well be phenolic(way to hard) #2 the weight bolt won't go deep enough into the butt of the cue to feel balanced whatsoever(if you are 6ft tall with a large wing span this won't affect you) if you are smaller in stature you can't aim low enough to draw the cue ball comfortably, as you are literally fighting the weight to do so. Would I buy it again .... no, unless they changed the weight bolts so they could go all the way down.

Been shooting with a knockoff Predator since 2022 and figured it was time for an upgrade. My buddy has the SVB Gen 1 and as much as I love it, I don’t have the money to spend one a carbon fiber shafted stick of that quality. I did some research on lower end sticks with a carbon fiber shaft and figured I’d give this a shot. The shaft itself is very straight, and both the shaft and butt feel great to use. A little lighter than I like to use but I plan on buying the weight bolts in the future. The extension is NOT carbon fiber as stated in the description (actually a piece of hollow aluminum) but it gets the job done like any other extension would. I’ve put about 10 hours into the stick so far and I absolutely love it and can’t beat it for the price point. The tip included is solid and don’t feel the need to replace it in the near future (not sure exactly what kind of tip but it feels like a medium). I highly recommend this stick for beginners or intermediate players looking to buy a entry level carbon fiber shafted stick.

I bought this as a gift for my partner. She's new to playing pool. This is a great first cue set as you get the case, a set of 5 weights (one comes preinstalled), and extension handle. She has small hands, so the pro taper helps her adn the low deflection shaft helps with control. The cue arrived well packed and is straight. Overall, it's a very good value.

Bought this for my boyfriend's birthday, he is the pool master and he loved it, i played with it too and it's really nice. Feels very smooth and the case and everything that came with it was nice. I would definitely recommend if you are not wanting to spend too much on a stick but still get a good quality one.
