I am pretty rough on glasses; when I previously had plastic frames I would snap them every couple of weeks which was a nightmare if out in public. These glasses have very strong metal frames, spring hinges, are accurate in strength and great value at around $20 for 3. This is my 3rd set of these, I replace them about every 6-7 months. The only part that seems to sometimes fail is the nose pads, but when that happens I replace just the pads ($4 a bag on Amazon). The color in the arms does also fade/ghost but still looks fine. For the money these are absolutely great value and I would definitely recommend to others.

I've had them for a few months and they have held up pretty good except the hinge screws keep coming loose on all three. I don't really like the blue glare when the light hits the lenses from an angle. They are also a bit small, but happy with them over all. No large complaints.

I have bought many "reader" over the years with many claiming to be sturdy and ending up with the ear pieces breaking off. These are holding up very good & still using the 1st pair after 3 months of use! I am happy

This review is now updated from my original 1-star (please see original review following). Full disclosure, this is being updated due to consistent urging, even pleading, by the seller but it is also deserved. Following my original 1-star review the seller reached out to me. Unfortunately, it's not easy to proactively contact them, however, they have been quite diligent. CRGATV sent to me a fresh set of glasses and, taking cues from my review, sent them in clear. I really do appreciate the comfort and style of these glasses. To this point, the new set has held up better, particularly the nose pads. Also, the yellow tint to combat blue light isn't necessarily a bad thing unless you aren't wearing the glasses for that purpose... yellow tint = purpose driven computer use. Original: I found these glasses to be attractive and, at first blush, they appeared to be well made. But, what contributed to their initial comfort also contributed to their demise. The nose pads are a soft rubbery plastic but they are really a sleeve over a hard plastic base. With EVERY pair the outer soft pad tore and I'd notice this because they no longer felt comfortable and would sit crookedly on my face as only one pad would initially tear. Additionally, be advised the "blue blocker" component is really a distinctly yellow tint so, if you are using these for anything but looking at a computer screen it will hard not to notice the yellow. These yellow tinted glasses did cut some glare when used outside in full Arizona sun.
