- This revolutionary mask is made of High Seal Silicone, a material that offers unprecedented comfort and a perfect seal ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling, and freediving.
- The raked lenses, with their inverted drop shape (Cressi patent), are quite small and are inclined as close to the eyes as possible to improve the downward visibility. The lenses may be replaced with prescription optical lenses ideal for myopic.
- The frame uses the exclusive patented Cressi system of double injection of an elastomer on a rigid element. The buckles are mounted not on the skirt structure, but on an indestructible element that allows the buckle to tilt and turn without breaking it.
- The mask is made using the IDF system. The Integrated Dual Frame is a technology that consists of the joining of two rigid frames producing a drastic reduction in the internal volume. Patented by Cressi US 20140013494 A1.
- The thickness of the frame has been reduced to such an extent as to make it practically invisible when the mask is being worn.
Description
The Big Eyes Evolution’s signature inverted tear-drop lenses are raked inward and provide outstanding field of view with very low internal volume. A redesigned skirt now uses internal ribs to provide the ultimate in fit and support. Fully flexible, easy adjust buckles are attached using Cressi’s double injection molding technology for both comfort and extreme durability. Love this mask, fits perfect, rubber skirting is super soft and molds nicely to your face. View is excellent, it's very comfortable and did not leak a drop on two dives I put a Cressi neoprene strap cover on it to make it perfect. As with any mask with tempered glass, you must burn off the silicone residue with a barbecue lighter and scrub with toothpaste a few times to prepare it to prevent fogging. I went from 80 degree surface temp to 60 degree temps at depth with zero fogging issues. As a diver, I own alot of Cressi products, all are high quality and high end products that I trust. This mask is no different... I own 2 of them.

Headed to Puerto Rico and snorkeling is on the agenda. I've rented/borrowed gear in the past and finally decided to get my own gear. My main criteria was a good seal on my facial hair without having to jump thru hoops. Fit is comfortable and snug. Stuck my face in the bathtub and no leaks! Definitely need some antifog, but that's pretty much a universal constant. I'll update after some ocean time if anything changes. Update: Mask was great! Had some very minor leakage around my mustache, but cleared easy. There's a little distortion at the edges, but not too bad. Fixed the fogging with the toothpaste rub trick. Very happy with my purchase.

The Cressi Big Eyes is one of the best selling masks of all time and for good reason. It is a high quality, low volume mask that can be used for scuba, freediving or snorkeling. The low volume gives you a great field of vision and means that it is easier to clear when scuba diving or equalize when freediving. I like it because I can use one mask for both. If you are freediving really deep, you would want a lower volume freediving mask, but the trade off is field of vision. Had my last one for 20 years. Great mask!

Pretty decent mask for the money...

Bought this mask a while ago and finally had a chance to test it out. I wanted to replace the old "snorkel set" mask that I had with something a little better and settled on this. I tried it first without doing anything to my mustache and the mask failed as I expected it would. I then applied a little Vaseline to my 'stache and the mask sealed up well enough for a day of lobstering. I appreciated the comfortable headband and the soft face seal. The field of vision was excellent as well. There are certainly better masks out there, but not close to this price point!

This mask fits great with my full beard. I don't get any leaks and so far I have minimal fogging but I haven't done anything to prevent that. This is a very comfortable mask. I highly recommend it.

Great for wide nose bridge. A mask that fits me!

Worked perfectly. I have a wide nose bridge and the standard goggles given never fit properly leading to fogging and constantly having to tip out water since I don't have a good seal. Bought for my trip to Turk's since I knew I would be doing alot of snorkeling and scuba diving and it made the trip. My friends kept asking to use my googles. So clear, big view, soft face cup and perfect seal making it comfortable for hours of snorkeling and deep diving gave me no suction cup face at the end.

I spent a lot of time researching to make sure I purchased a quality snorkel mask. This one was made in italy and from what I read it meant the quality was better. Unfortunately, it broke the first day I used it. I was able to use it successfully once, but when I tried it again a few hours later water started to come into the mask and into my eyes. Upon inspection, I realize the plastic surrounding the “glass” had separated allowing water to come in. I purchased this for a trip and by the time I used it, I was unable to return it. Extremely disappointed.
