My aqua lung mask didn't come with a reusable box, this worked well.

I recently read another review with the same issue and I can tell you it is still happening. The product is great...although expensive for some plastic I think. Regardless, having something protecting my Cressi Panoramic Wide View Mask is priceless. I purchased one for my brother and loved the fit so purchased another one for me. When I received the second one, I got the smaller size box with the same label. I've attached some pictures so you can see how the mask fits in each of them. My mask does fit in the smaller one but its bending the mask rubber and I don't want that to be distorted down the line. I returned the smaller box and will be repurchasing so hopefully I get the bigger one. I wish this still wasn't an issue because its a waste of time for all of us. Hopefully you find this helpful!

The box is great. Much more rigid than I imagined. My mask had came with a cheap box that didn't last long. I like to free dive and swim in surf, so my mask is in and out of a backpack. This is perfect. Unfortunately there are some product control issues. They have two sizes under one sku number. The larger size is nice. This is what they shipped for my first order. I liked it so much that I ordered 2 more for my other masks. This is when I received one of the smaller boxes. So 1 out of 3 was small. Maybe I got the only small one, but its definitely going back. I just thought you should be aware that there are 2 sizes. The small one is 4" wide The Large is 5" wide Update- I originally rated this 3 of 5 stars due to the sizing issue, but I truly believe this box is deserving of 5 stars. I returned the small box and received my 3rd large box. 1 out of 4 was the small size. You might not find this issue, but if the box feels tight and small, there's a chance it is.

This was not an upgraded mask box. It appeared to be the thin box that masks are sold in initially. Definitely would not hold up to being in luggage, dive bag, bench on the dive boat etc.

Seems like this is nothing more than the original packaging from a mask that was sold without it. Feels a little off to me, definitely not something I feel is worth the price. Even had a barcode sticker with a mask and color description on it, which makes me think they just remove the standard (often trashed by purchaser after buying retail) packaging and sent out masks that were purchased in a regular box. It isn’t something that will hold up long, but is needed for planning on a retail rack for sale. Regardless, it did originally contain a mask of yellow color it seems. Not sure manufacturer would approve of this sort of thing but I can’t really look into it or anything. Not going to serve as a long term case for a mask really in my opinion but worked to get mine to where I used it. Up to you to decide if it is worth it or not. Closest thing I can think for comparison would be buying a case for a cd or something that was used. Served it’s purpose but there are better cases for the money for sure if you want something long term and sturdy, I wouldn’t buy again or recommend to a friend.

Pros: -Fits my Cressi mask with strap cover snugly so it doesn't fall out but not too tight to disfigure the mask -Protects my lenses from getting scratched and the mask from getting deformed by getting smashed by other things in my bag or exposure -There is a little bit of room available for small things like a small bottle for anti-fog -You can see through the container, easy to check what you have in there Cons: -Lid doesn't snap shut to stay tightly closed
