I was skeptical about purchasing this cover after reading some reviews but I decided to just take a chance and I'm happy I did. This cover was made of thick plastic and large enough for each portion of my 3 piece sectional (I purchased 3). My items were stored for 3.5 weeks in a shipping container that was not in a climate controlled environment and was perfectly fine when delivered. My sectional was not sweaty or damp from humidity or anything which was a concern. My main concern was that my items remain clean and not exposed to anything. This did just that. The plastic is very thick and sturdy so it won't tear unless punctured and I taped it closed with packing tape. It is a great value for the money and I will definitely purchase again! ... show more

I'm not sure I'm really understanding these. It's basically a giant bag that slips on from the top, but in order to really be effective for moving purposes you have to somehow seal the bottom closed, which means turning your furniture on its back, grabbing the front and the back edges of the plastic, pull them together for a tight fit and then tape them together. I can't see any other way of utilizing this for moving without doing that because the moment the movers try picking it up while it's all sloppy on the floor it's just going to come up or slip while they're trying to get it into the truck. The edges can't just lie there on the floor. This thing basically needs to enclose the entire piece of furniture otherwise and sealed with tape so that it doesn't wind up blowing off in the wind or slipping off while they're trying to carry it. Anyway, I guess that's what I have to do, since there are no instructions anywhere online or that came with any of these bags. So long as the front edge in the back Edge reach each other on the bottom when the couch is on its back, and can be taped, then it should work, so I guess I'll have to see. ... show more
