I ordered an Urn, through Amazon, for my Mom's ashes from Always With Us. Unfortunately the lid detached and was sliding around the Urn scratching it. I contacted the company via an email and received an immediate response from Theresa Caliza. Theresa could not have been more thoughtful in her response. She immediately apologized and told me if I could send my address they would send me a replacement free of charge. She told me it would be a few days, but if I needed it sooner she would do her best to get it to me. She sent me several emails after keeping me updated on the status. She also emailed after the delivery to make sure everything was good. My family and I could not be more appreciative of how this was handled. Thank you Theresa and Always With Us.

It’s never fun having to select an urn for your loved one’s ashes, and it is especially hard finding the “perfect” one that checks off all the boxes and meets your standards.. However, when I saw this dainty and simple, yet gorgeous looking urn, I absolutely was in love. Despite being very picky, I figured I would give it a shot. From ordering to filling it with the little bit I have left of my best friend, I can honestly say I couldn’t be more happy with this product. Not only did it arrive very quickly, it came in a beautiful box and was damage free. The design is even more beautiful in person, it is ceramic and feels very heavy duty despite its small size. The lid comes off and on easily, but not too easily, that would be no good of course, and it was easy to fill with my beautiful girl’s ashes. I did get the small size, I regret not getting a size up, But this is my error and not the seller’s fault, as the dimensions are listed very clearly and were accurate. Overall, this is a gorgeous and sturdy piece for your loved ones final resting place, it is portable (just be careful not to drop and and break it!) lightweight, and as I stated before, I could not be happier with this product 1000/10, would highly recommend 💜🦋🕊️

This is a beautiful small keepsake urn meant to hold some ashes of a loved one. I am so impressed with its overall look and quality. The attention to detail shows in the intricate designs and coloring of the flowers, and honestly, this urn reminds me more of what you might see on a fine china dish pattern or vase than anything I have ever seen used before for an urn meant for ashes. The urn however is a matte finish, rather than glossy like dishes would be. The color of the different flowers are all done in various shade of purple and blue, and the flowers include lilac, lupine, cosmos, hydrangeas, and others that I am less sure of. The spacing of the flowers gives the urn an airy appeal The urn itself measures about 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide at its widest point. The lid, which is about the size and thickness of a 50 cent coin, measures 1 1/2 inches across. Once opened, and actual space to add the ashes measures about 3/4 of an inch. This keepsake urn does not come with any small funnel to assist when adding the ashes, though you probably would not need one. However, if you did want one, you would have to find and purchase one on your own. The lid is very easy to screw on and off. The bottom of this urn has been covered with a black velvet fabric. Also included in your purchase is a small black velvet drawstring bag labeled "Always With Me" in gold lettering to store your urn in if not keeping it out on a shelf.

Nice design but questionable quality control. The urn I received has paint defects which make me question the durability and longevity of the product. I did not have time to exchange as I was picking up my loved one's remains a few days after receiving the urn.
