I originally got this scent in part of a larger collection of diffuser oils from AirScent. They were all nice, but I noticed I went through this one 5x faster than the others because I liked it so much. I figured that warranted an individual re-purchase. I'm not familiar with Creed Aventus as a cologne, so I couldn't tell you how accurate of a dupe this is, but I think No. 5002 smells really nice. It doesn't evoke a cologne to me, and I don't think it smells overly masculine - I just think it makes for a really pleasant background scent for use in a diffuser. Unlike other reviewers, I think the strength is just right. I don't smell it outside the bedroom I diffuse it in, and every time I return to the bedroom when it's diffusing, I smell it gently and am not overwhelmed by the fragrance.

I use a few drops of this in my air purifier and also in the scent diffuser I hang on my car rearview! The scent seems to last for far longer than I thought, so any cloth you spill it on will hold onto the scent as it is very concentrated. Scent is strong right out of the bottle, which is a good thing, but once it diffuses in the air and dilutes, it is one of the closest to authentic Creed-Aventus I have been able to find. Now I think I need to get the big bottle for more rooms around the house!

The “inspiration ” from creed was lost in manufacturing process. Scent is strong/masculine but I can’t find the slightest gentle nod toward adventus. I don’t hate it but it’s definitely not what I was expecting. Woody with some underlying patchouli notes

Smells like a strong grandfather wearing a faded brown leather jacket doing bench presses in the back of a barber shop in 1956. If that’s what you want then buy it. All I did was open the top for 5 seconds and now my entire apartment and the outside hallway smells like this. I keep going back and forth on whether I like the scent, or I don’t. You do NOT need to use this in a diffuser. Just briefly open the top. 60% of the time it works ALL the time.

Very surprised. This smells exactly like creed aventus. I was expecting it to be kind of similar to it, just like all the knock offs all over the internet but the second I opened the cap and smelled it, wow. I have the authentic creed aventus cologne so trust me, this is 100% identical.
