I had mixed feelings when I ordered it because there were some bad reviews where the products came broken or had scratches and other defects, but I couldn't be happier! The set was packaged in a box with two layers of hard foam that had cutouts for each product and they were all individually placed inside plastic. This set is very heavy, I didn't find a single defect on any of my products and I love having a matching toilet brush cleaner and holder! I love the rectangle trash can because I have a big headed American Bully who loves to get in the trash and drag it across the house! He can't fit his giant head in the rectangle design trash can! I filled the lotion dispenser with liquid hand soap and the pump works great! The kleenex box cover is great and has a heavy duty bottom that slides in and out to put a new box of tissue in! This set is a huge value for the cost! It is so sturdy and high quality, I'm positive we will have this set for quite a while!

This set is absolutely beautiful. It shipped very quickly, and my family and I were oohing and aaaahing each piece as I removed them from their box. And then...disaster! The Tissue Cover was completely broken in all on one side! Distressed, I took pictures. With the understanding that these pieces all came as a set, I agonized that they might have to all be packed up together again, and returned as a set. It was extremely sad, as I had gotten a little attached to each lovely piece as I'd unwrapped them. But then I thought...well maybe.... and I contacted the shipper and sent them my pictures of the poor little tissue cover, and I asked if they could just send me a replacement for the tissue cover. Then I crossed my fingers, all the while keeping the rest of the set all in one place, as it was quite possible I'd have to return the whole set to get a replacement. But I didn't have to! The seller (Dwellza Deals) agreed to send me a replacement tissue cover. It arrived today, and now my bathroom set is complete AND I can now start using it all! I'm so happy!

Very sturdy set except for toilet brush, won’t stay together, fell apart while washing the toilets 🤢 Tried gluing them but not sure it will hold! Keeping my cheap one in the bathroom closet just in case 🤷🏻♀️ Also toilet brush handle too short. Great decorative value but not useful! Rest of the set is sturdy & looks great 😊

The quality control on the mosaic inlay wasn't good. Most pieces were okay but the cup had some missing pieces of the inlay and also next to the inlay the silver paint had chipped. I decided rather than return it because it is so heavy I'd see if I can find some fill in and silver paint from a craft store and do it myself. It really is very pretty if done properly.
