I bought this for my crafty 10 year old. She absolutely loved it and did several projects using a small amount of each clay. She then put them all in the small storage bags included. When she went to use it again, the bags were all dried out. The ones she hadn't opened yet were fine, so it was just the ones she put into the provided resealable bags. I recommend using a higher quality storage bag to save the clay for future use. The ones provided are thin and flimsy and don't really work. ... show more

You get a lot of air dry clay in a variety of colors with this pack. Easy to use and low-mess, this air dry clay will dry in 2-4 days depending on the thickness of the item being made.

Advantages: -No oven required. The amount of times I have burned artwork or made our house stink with other products makes this a big plus. :) -Easy to manipulate. I wish I bought this when my kids were toddlers b/c this is the softest and lightest clay around -versatile: you can even draw with pen on this clay. My daughter uses that for the fine details like pupils on eyes. We've used this stuff for making 3D cell models, pencil toppers, and just all around little figures. My kids are now 11 and 9 and they both love it. Know it will be a hit for kids up to that age. Heck, even I like playing with it. :) Color Choices: Lots of vivid colors that kids will enjoy blending to make even more cool colors. Disadvantages: -Like it says, it air dries so once you open the pack, storing it becomes a trick. We used sandwich bag ziplocs. Make sure you roll it up and get all the air out (pretty sure I had my kids clean up their own mess) so, came back a few months later to blobs of hardened clay. ... show more

I bought this as a gift for my daughter last Christmas and now she’s making the family Christmas gifts with it. She loves making different little creations for everyone. It’s very easy to use. The clay kind of feels like silly putty at first but it holds shape better. It dries beautifully. We’ve also done a few “drop tests” with a few of her creations and they don’t break or crack.
