    • Defective machines, very very poor service, Actually, no service at all.
Good morning community! I’ve spent 60 days waiting for tech support to solve the problem with my K1 Max 3D printer. I’m sad to report. There is no service with ceality. After sending in many emails, begging for help…..the only response that Iget was to send video. I made a video and then it took 3 weeks to get a response. The only response I received was a reply back to my theory of it, being the motherboard, based off of what some of you have said from previous post.. The so-called tech-support they have never troubleshoot through any of the problems or asked me to do anything with the machine to help him understand what’s wrong with it. they sent out one line sentences as a response to your emails that you’ve been sending for months and it never answers anything or ask any questions that will lead to an answer. They sent a new motherboard after connecting it it did not solve the issue I was on my own again. after reconnecting with him and begging for weeks again I get another response. One line sentence as a response to my previous email asking for a new machine. The tech-support response was send me purchase information. the purchase and information was originally sent in with a video. That is the only way that they will create a ticket is if you have purchasing information and a video of your complaint. so now the tech-support is asking questions to stuff they already have in their possession that’s how the ticket was created.. after letting him know that he already has purchasing information and then I resent them again they’re still no response. This is by far the worst tech-support effort I’ve ever seen from any company . I can’t even believe they would call themselves tech-support when they don’t problem shoot or try and figure out what the problem is.. Seems like they’re too busy to handle any request for problems . I would highly suggest not buying from this company. It was a great machine for the first 90 days out of the box but once it breaks, there is no one to help you. The problem with the machine is after running through the 11 different test that it has as it set itself up. It gets hung up on input shaping test never clears this part of the test. The machine stays running with the fan until you decide to shut it off.. I’ve done everything, turned it off turned it back on. There is nothing loose. I’ve gone through everything. Nothing was taken apart for this to have happened. . I have been begging reality for 60 days, as this machine is Fresh under warranty. Before buying 3-D printer, I would definitely make sure that you contact customer support to that company and make sure you can actually get a hold of them and make sure that they have parts that are sold in the United States . This Creailty company does not care about its customers, and there is no line of communication for help. they do not respond to their emails in a timely manner. It takes weeks and that’s if you go to the online store and click on the text message icon bottom right hand corner and complain. Thats the only way to get any response back from this company.. When I had a problem with the Creality K1 Max, the support group was there to help me resolve it. They were very helpful and dedicated to solving my problems. Cudos to the team. Initially had a product delivered early but would not pass the self-inspection that the Creality K1 executed on product installation. It failed the input shaping portion of the test and would not proceed to regular operation. The motherboard that was sent was installed but did not pass the bed temperature test. A second board was sent, and it passed with flying colors. I have been using the Creality K1 Max for several days now with excellent quality and outstanding speed. It is a well-built printer and works well with the Creality Print application on my PC. ... show more

Bought one. Printed a 100 mm part and it measures 99mm's. The holes wouldn't fit with the mating part. Finally got an email back from Creality. There is no method of calibrating this machine. So if you are printing a vase or a character it's great. If you need to print parts that have to fit together buy a different brand of printer ... show more
