I've used Otterbox Symmetry series cases for years, because I thought they were the best. But, when my current cases started separating along a seam at the bottom and literally started falling apart, I looked for a replacement and they don't even sell them anymore for my phone. Even if I could find one second hand, they only had black. So, I started searching and found these CRAVE cases. They looked really nice and come in so many different colors, so I thought I'd give them a try for both my Note 10 plus, and my wife's Note 8. So, first plus for these, they actually have cases for both of these older phones in a variety of colors. I received the new cases within a few days and absolutely love them! They fit both phones perfectly and snap on very securely. The finish is beautiful, and the texture is grippy enough to easily and securely hold the phone, while not grabbing when placing in my pocket. They also don't show fingerprints or smudges. The case provides more substantial protection than my old case, with a raised edge all the way around the screen, not just the top and bottom. It also has more protection around the S-pen, where my old case left that whole corner exposed. All the ports are accessible, and the buttons are the best I've seen on any phone case. They stand out well in silver against the black case edge, and they function perfectly, with just enough resistance but very responsive 'click' when pressed. I've also had no issues with wireless charging. Bottom line, these are amazing cases at a very good price, and are my new favorite. My wife also loves hers, so it's not just me. Edit: I originally gave this case a 3-star review and the seller contacted me almost the same day and offered to send a replacement. Over a 3-star review! I was skeptical a replacement would be any different but I accepted the offer. I received the new case a few days later and it looks the same, and feels the same, but it correctly activates the volume and power buttons when pressed. This case really is a great case, it's not expensive like an Otter Box which I've had for this phone and wasn't happy with the bulkiness. You easily get more than what you pay for. Original review: It's a very nice looking phone case, and it feels great when I hold my phone. I've dropped my phone being out of my SUV or standing up from a chair and my phone doesn't have any damage at all. My one and only complaint, and it is a moderate one so not minor and not major, is the covers for the buttons (volume and power) are terrible. They're made of a hard plastic made too look like metal, and they do not stay in place. The result is when you go to press the desired button most times it does not accurately activate the desired response, ie the volume increases when you want it to decrease. In the beginning it seemed like a small inconvenience, but I've had it for many months and by now it's very irritating. It looks nice but cannot recommend this case. ... show more

The case is very nice and I love the color and the fit. It appears to be good quality but the jury is still out on the durability since I've only had it 24 hrs now. I've swapped out multiple cases in the past few years with my Note 10+ for the crave. I must say that I am addicted to the style and texture of the back of the case. Sturdiness is great, I've spent many a times dropping this phone out of my pocket or off of a counter. Other cases I noticed that are similar to a "coffin" design have a plastic that enforces around the case with a polymer outline or rubber. some times, I was a bit less cautious, but I found that the hard plastic when being dropped similarly can cause damage to the phone. At some points, dropping the phone at the side or on the edges, the plastic would cause a small fracture at the top of the case. I am not certain if this is due to the plastic making contact and making a hard surface within the plastic of the case, but I often found some otter box exteriors are an adhesive on top of the skin layer of the case. I am not too fond of that, so I swapped to this one as a low-profile minimalist with great support. I am overall very pleased as this phone has seen several drops off my night stand over 3ft, my car over 4ft from the top of the hood and out of my pocket from a 6ft ladder without any damage at all. I'd recommend the case as its been a great fit for me and my activities with it. ... show more

It slides in and out of my pocket with ease, and it's not bulky, and that is very easy to do considering it is a large phone.     • Good quality but buttons too loose for Note 10+

The two layer cover provides good protection, not too bulky. Good grip. However for the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, the volume buttons are too loose and very hard to function. This causes calus on my thumb after 2-3 months. I had to swith to another model.
