My husband has a Pixel 7 Pro, a glass phone which can break easily. I know because the first one broke very quickly, so he wanted this case to protect the replacement Pixel 7 Pro. That was in December 2023. Now it's July 2025 and the phone is still in great shape, thanks to this case. My husband just asked me to order another of these cases because the button broke. Then I remembered the lifetime warranty. I emailed Crave customer service to ask how to make a claim. They asked me for a photo of the case and where to send the replacement, which I provided.
