This Picture Frame is absolute garbage. Please do not waste your money on this. First of all, it is pressed fiber board. The corners were not lined up well at all. I placed the poster, a signed print, that I had in it and went to hang it on the wall. I didn't get 5 feet through the living room when the corners failed and the entire piece came crashing to the floor. I did try to repair it but to no avail. This truly is the biggest piece of garbage on Amazon. DO NOT BUY this. You will be sorely disappointed. Terrible craftsmanship. Terrible materials.     • Not real wood very cheap material for the price

I realized the product was not real wood a couple of minutes after ordering and immediately tried to cancel. The order was still processing, but would not allow me to cancel. The seller contacted me the next day, but by then the order had shipped. I explained I wanted to order their slightly more expensive real wood version. They suggested I return the first order after delivery, however it would cost me $30 in shipping to return. Rather than be out $30 and pay $3 more per new frame, I'll just settle for an extremely cheap product and hope it lasts. Very disappointed in the quality, and upset I couldn't cancel the order less than 5 minutes after hitting submit! ... show more

    • The frame is well made but the one I received had a plastic front that is damaged

There should have been two peelable plastic sheets on the plastic front for this frame that we should have been able to peel them and place the front on the picture, yet for us only the back was present. the front had the instruction sticker directly on the front shield so we couldn't use it. luckily we were framing an oil paint so we decided to keep it without any front cover.     • No Quite the "Leather" Look As Expected

Great Frame - Does it's purpose. The "leather" look on the black leather frame is almost unnoticeable unless your face in right against it looking closely. From anywhere a foot or more away, it just looks like a solid black frame. Still a quality frame. Arrived before the expected date. Mounting accessories come with it; you assemble. Pexi-plastic instead of glass interior covering. Overall, I kept it because the sizing was right and everything I needed to hang was included, but I thought I was going to get a bit more of a unique frame then I ended up with. I read the reviews about the plexiglass being foggy, and I was hesitant to purchase. I loved the frame and it went so well with the puzzle I did for my daughter I went ahead and bought it. So glad I did. When I took the frame out of the package I did notice it was foggy after pulling one side of the film off. I bought this frame for a new print. The print fit perfectly and the color and style are perfect for the modern and minimalist vibe I’m going for. Love the shade of green, slightly darker than green green. Frame seems sturdy and definitely looks like quality.     • Not real wood, not real glass, but nicely put together

This frame is not real wood, it is particle board with a vinyl sheet looking like real wood on it, and there is plexiglass instead of real glass. That said, you'd have to run your fingers along the frame to tell the difference. The packaging was more than secure, and it came with everything you'd need to hang your oversized photo. I was very pleased with this item - from the delivery time, to packaging, to performance! I *assumed* that I would have to assemble it once it arrived, and was oh so pleased when it came pre-assembled! Of course there's always the fear that your gigantic, lightweight item got damaged in transit. Not the way these guys pack them! And I guess I didn't fully read the product details because I didn't realize that it came with acrylic "glass". Oh, and the acrylic had a peel-off coating on both sides to protect it during shipping as well! If I ever need to frame another poster, I will certainly buy one of these again!!! ... show more
