Cheap doesn't begin to describe it
Size: 14x22
Color: Fm74kdw Dark Walnut Brown
Pure mdf frame. Your color/finish "choice" is a thin paper glued on. Arrived damaged. Thin, wobbly plastic "pane" that is so cheap it is half opaque (milky colored). Thin corrugated cardboard back. I have received some cheap stuff in my time, but this is unreal. Returned immediately upon opening.

Great Frame with excellent construction and finish.
Size: 16x20
Color: 741605 White Barnwood
I'm a professional artist so my frames have to be of high quality. In this case I wanted a distressed frame to give this collage a rustic, beachy look and I think it looks great! I don't know whether it's obvious, but I attached the painting on TOP of the frame instead of behind it, so it would sit out from it like a background panel. It would not be deep enough to set a standard canvas inside but if you want to do that, it would work perfectly with a print, or painting on thin Masonite. I'm delighted with this product and would purchase from this company again.

Amazing customer service
Size: 20x24
Color: 74030 Gray Barnwood
These frames have plexiglass, so they are light weight. The plexiglass on the frame did not have the protective film, so the warning sticker asking me to remove the film was placed directly on the plexiglass, which made it unusable. It was also chipped in a few places and a crack had started. I emailed the company and they sent out a replacement plexiglass immediately. The customer service was wonderful and the frames are just what I needed! I will buy from Craig Frames every time I need frames.

AVOID! This thing is hardly worth half the cost - CHEAP!
Size: 20x24
Color: 20277042 Brown
I am so disappointed in this frame. I am not sure it is worth the hassle of sending such a large (I ordered the 20x24) item back. Two of the corners of the frame had gaps (pictured). The wood like portion is made of material that is very cheap and plastic feeling and there is no glass but acrylic, which is stated and does make the frame very light weight, but combined with the overall poor quality of the frame just feels like one more reason this frame is not worth nearly $60. I would not have expected to pay more than $20 for this had I known the quality in advance. POOR QUALITY! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Not what I expected
Size: 24x36
Color: 20277042 Brown
I've purchased from my previous orders and this time the seller changed the product. It's no longer real wood but laminated MDF. I didn't read but I went to the exact page from my previous orders. I feel they should have set up a new product instead of piggybacking onto a highly rated item and switched out the previous item for something else that's subpar. I feel that is unethical. It's basically pictures of wood rather than real wood. So disappointed...

Don’t buy it. Get glass instead.
Size: 24x36
Color: 74273 Satin Black
This frame is crap. It looked super nice but it’s supposed to come with a film on both sides of the acrylic. I got the first layer of film off with no problem on the second side where they put this huge sticker saying there are is film on both sides of this there’s no film. I tried everything possible to get a start on this film that’s supposed to be there and it’s not there. I took scissors and made little cuts in a tiny corner in hopes of starting the film to be able to peel it and it went right to the acrylic which means there’s no film there. Now I can’t use it because there’s this obnoxious sticker on the acrylic that won’t come off

Awesome frames.
Size: 16x20
Color: 741603 Blue
I have spent hundreds and I mean hundreds on frames and mats for art we have bought during our travels. I love these frames. I can’t say enough good things about them. They arrived sooner then I expected and each and every frame is just perfect. I know many people want glass but my local ACE hardware sells glass panes for under $5 so if I really want it I can get it for far less than any frame store near me. Will buy more frames from this company.

Highly disappointed
Size: 20x24
Color: 74030 Gray Barnwood
I purchased this frame to display a watercolor painting my daughter made. I was disappointed that it was advertised to come with a 16x20 mat and I did not receive one. I also did not realize that it had plexiglas instead of real glass covering the picture and the barn wood finish doesn't meet my expectations. Very disappointed that I spent 45 dollars on the frame. Not worth it especially without the mat. The only good thing I can say is it was packaged very well for shipping. Think twice before buying.
