Not sure what some of the complaints are about in the reviews but these frames look great. Purchased three of them and each look/feel quality. Exactly what I was looking for. Would purchase again if I need more in the future.

Amazing customer service
Size: 20x24 Color: 74030 Gray Barnwood
These frames have plexiglass, so they are light weight. The plexiglass on the frame did not have the protective film, so the warning sticker asking me to remove the film was placed directly on the plexiglass, which made it unusable. It was also chipped in a few places and a crack had started. I emailed the company and they sent out a replacement plexiglass immediately. The customer service was wonderful and the frames are just what I needed! I will buy from Craig Frames every time I need frames. ... show more

Very nice, sturdy frame.
Size: 20x26 Color: 20277042 Brown
I'm grateful it didn't have actual GLASS in the frame. Appreciated the plexiglass, considering the box was pretty beaten up.

I wanted a unique frame for an art piece I bought at an art show. They have lots of other great options. It was easy to put up.
