Got them because they were the cheapest option when comparing the other "main" brands. From what I've been told, they're supposed to have less power but honestly, for most DYIs these are perfect. Super easy to use, they are compact too so easy to store. The batteries also last a decent amount. For example, I use them for cleaning surfaces with some third party brushes attachment an was able to clean my entire house (tubs, shower, kitchen counter, some walls) and still have more than half the charge left. The battery takes a couple hours to recharge but it never got it the way of me doing some work. The one thing that bothers me though, is the driver is not magnetized so it can be a bit tricky sometimes. ... show more

Both have plenty of power at a good price. I don’t feel like I need anything more than these for my uses. When you go battery powered you really need to stick to one brand so you aren’t buying different batteries/chargers. That gets expensive.

Drill and Drill driver seem well made, have not put them to test yet. Good price, Shipping was quick. Batteries only 1.5 Ah, would have given 5 stars but the charger was not the one on the picture/advertised. Would definitely have been more satisfied with the charger that was advertised.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These two items work well as expected. They have plenty enough power for the jobs I have needed them for. I do not heavily use these items. Probably about typical for an average home owner, maybe slightly more. I bought these to replace a 20+ year old Craftsman drill that finally gave out with quite a bit of usage. I would recommend them, especially if you already have the Craftsman battery system. ... show more
