    • Not user friendly
3rd party seller, with all the complications you would expect, first off the printer was shipped upside down, the "this way up stickers" were put on wrong, (maybe the post office did this) the printer arrived & was packaged carefully, however, something was clearly wrong with its performance, it did not connect to the computer & does not take a USB (which would be convenient) all the settings you set it to do not stay & the print settings did not transfer over using the SD card, the filament feed mechanism was so tight it would snap & I could never get a successful print out of the printer no matter how hard I tried, i returned the printer for a full refund, it took over a week to receive my refund after they had received the printer back, the whole experience was very frustrating, in the meantime I have bought a different printer & have had no problems with the new one & have had several successful prints ... show more

    • My Ender 3 prints circles around this hunk of junk.
Been printing for about five years on an e3 and wanted to get something that could print nylon and the other tougher filaments more reliably. I had good luck with my Ender 3 so I figured I would give my money to creality again. I WISH I WOULDNT HAVE! I could list all my complaints about the crap extruder and boden tube and the fact that I’ve had to change out 3 different bearings and haven’t even been able to get more than a handful of successful prints off the machine, but I’ll save everyone’s time. If you are looking at throwing this amount of money at a printer, please don’t even waste you’re time considering this one. ... show more

    • I've had it for two months and it doesn't print
Creality customer service has been terrible. I can't call them from the US and they are extremely slow to respond in email and it gets worse with each email I send them. I received the CR-5 Pro in January and it worked okay out of the box. With some adjusting it started getting a decent print but still not exactly what I had hoped for by paying what this printer costs. Then it started to get worse and jamming up and I've contact creality numerous times and everything they have me troubleshoot still doesn't fix it. I've thrown the box away or i would send it back.     • CR-5 Pro and Crealty is horrible
Out of the box, the printer works for 1/2 hr and jams up. Emailed and messaged with no response from Crealty customer service. It’s been a week and I don’t expect them to respond. Can not call as it’s a Chinese phone number. Absolutely the worst. Waste of $700. Never again
