It’s not a Govt Issue combat shirt, but it’s not trying to be either. The sleeves are about the same, looser (to allow cooling flow). But they are a bit too loose. The chest is very breathable under the heavy vest it does wick well. The chest also runs big I kind of like that as a guy who has a large rib cage. The sleeves are ridiculously long and I already have longer arms than normal. The fabric out of the box is a bit tough and scratchy. We’ll see how long that lasts. Over all I would buy it again, just maybe a size down from normal.

Bought it for hiking & shooting. Breathes well & the thick arm fabric protects from the elements if you have to climb while hiking etc. 5”10 230lbs. I got a gut & 2XL is perfect, not too much/little fabric in the torso. Sleeves are a little too long as the cuff ends halfway down the length of my thumb. But other than that its perfect.
