The right amount of thickness. It's winter now, and this cover alone with a sheet under keeps me warm. But it's light enough to not suffocate you. Im sure during summer it will do great also. The color is not at all faded. It's soft to the touch not rough or stiff. The fit is just right. Does not dangle over the bed, it covers just about enough.

I am a bit surprised that it looks as good as it does and doesn’t feel as cheap or thin like I expected looking at the box it was shipped in. The items came in a box that was tiny & was like sucked in air tight that I thought it would be garbage. It’s actually decent for the price. The comforter is soft and not not made cheaply. The pillow cases are also done well and the color is spot on. When I buy cheaper fab I always go darker. It’s a true black though photo made it look dark gray. Don’t know why. It’s a good deal for something quick and plain and will go with anything. Overall I’m impressed. I wouldn’t have paid over $30 for it though. For $30 and under it’s worth it. Hope it holds up.

this comforter is absolutely comfy and cozy. i am one of those bed rotting millennials so you can take my review seriously because i am basically an expert in comfortable bedding. i go to work and then come home and straight to my bed. who needs 7,000 thread count overpriced egyptian linens when you can have this. when i die i will have spent 70% of my life in my bed. blissfully. thanks to this comforter set. It is very affordable and surprisingly comfortable and plush. it’s not thin and junky at all. the fabric is very soft. i didn’t expect much for the price but this really holds up in the wash- as long as you don’t cook it. i recommend washing on cold to warm water and dryer on low. then i let it air dry so i don’t get those annoying little fuzz beads and it keeps its softness. when i die in my bed someday i will hopefully be in this blanket it is also puppy approved
