I purchased this comforter/sheet set because I was looking for a light blue, lightweight comforter for our captain’s bed since we have to tuck all sides under the mattress. The sheets were just a “freebie”, as far as I was concerned, that I could really careless about. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much we like them. I immediately laundered everything before putting them on the bed (cool water, delicate cycle, low dry). I removed the sheets IMMEDIATELY from the dryer and was floored that there were no wrinkles. My high dollar, high cotton count, thicker sheets wrinkle hideously! As you can see by the pictures, these sheets appear ironed, but they’re not (I am an ironing freak, too!). These sheets are so soft, even more so than my other high dollar, high cotton count, thicker sheets. I’m shocked quite frankly, at how soft they are. Our puppy sleeps with us, too and he didn’t budge once, all night long. It’s like he found his own little piece of bed heaven and he has a very plush dog bed. I’ll add that our bed and pillows are queen size and everything fits perfectly. 1). Flat sheet picture - no wrinkles 2). Fitted sheet picture - no wrinkles 3) Completely made bed - side view; please note the comforter isn’t supposed to look “wrinkle” free, this is how it is designed 4). Completely made bed - full on view What really surprised me is after sleeping on the sheets, as I was making the bed the next morning, the sheets are still NOT wrinkled! WHAT! Okay, I’m sold! In saying that, you should be aware that the sheets are thin & I mean THIN. I don’t know how they’ll hold up over the long haul, but after one washing they look great. We live in a year-round warm environment, so we like that they are thin, but if you live in a cold environment, you may only use these in the summertime. Would I buy another set of these sheets? Heck yes! However, I will wait a few months because I want to see how they hold up over several washings. The thinness still concerns me a bit, so I do recommend washing them on delicate cycle.

I bought this to replace my old polyester bedding. I wanted something that wasn't polyester as it isn't soft to sleep on, gets too hot in the summer, and the fitted sheets always slide off the bed. I love this bedding. It's beautiful to look at, soft and comfortable, and not bulky. I don't get too hot while I sleep, which is very nice. The temperature outside has been pretty cool during the overnight, so I opened the windows above my bed to see how it guards against the cold. Even with the temperature dropping too the 50's, I was still warm and cozy despite the comforter being so lightweight. There is still a little slippage with the fitted sheet, but not nearly as much as with the polyester sheets of the past. It's nothing those sheet holders can't handle, and I'm sure some of that is related to the fact I have a mattress topper on my mattress making it thicker than a normal mattress. All in all, I'm very happy with this set. I'm already thinking about getting another set in a different color... for variety.

When I received the box, I was a bit nervous because it was so small and I ordered a king size. All the items are airtight sealed so after I opened the packages, I was relieved. This bed set is VERY SOFT and cozy. I am obsessed with how they feel and look. This feels like hotel quality to me and I am very happy with my purchase.
