Pretty true to size. These are on the thinner side so I wouldn't expect any level of warmth from it, even though it's long sleeved. This is more of an undershirt (which makes sense, thus the title but in the picture, she is rocking it by itself so I just want to specify) It was pretty good for my purpose of having something long sleeved that I didn't get too hot in after walking around a while. Basically, it was lightweight enough to be comfortable inside/walking around but was still long-sleeved and provided coverage.
