I am perimenopausal and often have night sweats, but these sheets keep me cool at night. These sheets do stay tucked in well but they seem to get very loose and saggy on the bed. It would be nice if they kept the shape after one night. Sheets were very loose and uncomfortable when they are used once. I would not repurchase these.
