Save your time. Save your money. I received many broken pieces. I’ve been contacting (by message) the seller multiple times a day, every single day for the past 4 days. They lack responsiveness and don’t even have a contact phone number. They reply once a day and make the return process super difficult. Amazon is in the process of filing a claim with this 3rd party company. I would not waste my time trying to order anything from them. I would rate a 0 out 5 if I could. Horrible customer service. Beware. The pictures don’t do it justice. I would add more photos if the repackaging wasn’t so hard for me… a lot of the main items cracked and almost severed in half. The media could not be loaded. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the stand was a tad bit taller. Other than that I absolutely love it. It’s very cozy. Also just an fyi I panicked when I didn’t receive my fireplace same time as my stand. They may arrive separately. They will not be package together so don’t freak out if you receive one before the other. I simple called Amazon and got into with the company so they could provide me the tracking number for my fireplace. It arrive 2 days later after my stand. ... show more
