This very good honey. If your used to strong tasting, "generic", grocery store honey, that is typically a blend of several honeys, this will taste "different" but I think it's better. However, that's because this is pure, raw clover honey. It has a unique flavor I love. It's light and delicate, which is hard to find. Honey's taste is diverse and complex. It can be like wine. It can come in many color variants and have many different flavor "notes" depending on what the bees are gathering the nectar from. My father raised bees and I can remember seeing white-clover honey that was almost clear and buckwheat-honey that was so dark it looked like molasses and you couldn't see through it. It's all in what you come to like.....and what you can get your hands on. I like this one. It doesn't seem to be pure white-clover...but close. I'd say it might have some red clover or wild-flower in it as well. Some reviews say it's "thin". This is NOT my experience. I'd say it was actually a little thicker then I'm used to. In any case, I think it's very good and the price was good too.

Everything is perfect with this honey. The flavor, consistency and aroma are excellent! I bought it to make the syrup for when I make baklava and it couldn’t have turned out better. It’s great on everything and I’ll definitely buy this again!

I bought this product to infuse Cannabis for medical use in my routine to leave Type 2 Diabetes behind in the dust. Since Cannabis has helped me with this, and my doctors agree, I sought a way to better dose and control usage of the medical component. Yes, honey may increase glucose but in moderation, it has been helpful in improving my overall Type 2 condition. All of my docs are happy with my current A1Cs after introducing Cannabis to my diet 3-4 years ago. (Always consult with a physician or ask your doctor if he will work with you in making the same determination I have. I kept my doctor aware of my usage over time via every visit.)

i have found the "Cox's Jug of Honey" to be both good and inexpensive. HOWEVER, the most recent delivery had a leak on the bottom of the plastic jug resulting in the bottom of both the Honey jug and the accompanying package of Quaker Oats as well as the interior of the shipping box to be covered with a thin layer of honey.
