Medium cool color is by far my favorite lip color of all time! It is long lasting, lasting ALL day long and is such a beautifully natural color. I am not adventurous enough to go with a bold or bright color and try to keep things more natural looking and this is the PERFECT color for that. Its slightly darker than my natural lip color, so natural but noticeable. I get so many compliments on the color and it's just the added bonus that it stays all day. I put it on first thing in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. I let it dry well, usually putting the color on and then doing my mascara and then put the top coat on. It does seem to dry your lips out at first, but as soon as you put the top coat on it is back to normal. I only apply the top coat one time and don't have an issue with dry lips the rest of the day despite the top coat not lasting long. I highly recommended not only this product, but the color itself as well! 10/10.

This is my favorite lip color. It last a long time and the moisturizer you add over the color is great. I no longer use regular lip stick as it never stays on a long time like this does.

This product does exactly what it says. It definitely stays on the lips. However, it does not have the most pleasant feel. It feels really dry like your lips are covered in sand paper. I also didn't expect the matte finish. The gloss that comes with the tiny tube of color does absolutely nothing to moisturize the lips. I like the color but the feel of the product on, takes a bit getting use to. I hope this product is not harmful, just a concern because it's almost impossible to get it off.

I've been wearing Cover Girl Outlast lip color for years and have always found it hard to find a really good color. I'm a redhead with fair skin so I always prefer something light 'n soft. This Light Cool in Custom Nudes is absolutely perfect. Very soft and light yet nicely and smoothly covers all those lip lines. My new fav! Packaged nicely and of course arrived quickly.

03/18/23 - Just got this today and I love it! I want try more colors and get more of this specific one! I am very pale, the fairest person I know. I burn easily, have freckles and hazel eyes. It has been difficult to find nude lipstick that does not make me look washed out or appears too orange or dark on my cool toned skin. I have a heart condition that causes my lips to be white or blue. This causes me to look ill and prompts unsolicited questions. Light Cool - 900 makes me feel sophisticated and confident. This color, Light Cool - 900, is hands down the best nude I have ever tried. It truly is "nude" and it is the color of my natural lips at their best. I feel very lady-like with this color, it makes me feel more put together, and healthier looking. It is a quite light pink. I can see myself using another color, in this same collection, called Blushed Mauve - 550 to deepen the color or create a subtle ombre effect. I'll take a picture of my lips when I'm all done up. I tend to lean to more natural makeup looks and this color fits the bill perfectly. Regarding longevity, this lipstick is amazing! It does feel drying when initially applied however the included balm changes it to something very comfortable. Usually I'm a Carmex only girl and this does not irritate my lips or feel like the Sahara. Picture taken in natural light. Left, Light Cool and right, Blushed Mauve. Both are subtle colors.
