I spent over 5 years searching for a makeup remover that wouldn't irritate my delicate skin or burn by eyes but still be effective enough to remove some serious waterproof makeup and THIS IS THE BEST EVER. I can not emphasize enough how much I love this product. Gentle on your skin? check! Won't burn your eyes? Check! Actually removes makeup? CHECK! Just make sure to have a good soap to wash the oil off after you use it to clean the makeup off. Other than that, I tell everyone I know that uses makeup to buy this bottle. I have used this product for more than 15 years....it's wonderfully gentle on the eyes and is very moisturizing........ Now, I can't find it anywhere...........the others out there are too harsh and don't do as well a job............... PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

I've been using this to remove waterproof mascara for more years than I can remember. I've tried more expensive, "fancier" brands and they have all disappointed. I don't particularly follow the directions -- I just tip the bottle with my finger over the opening to get some of the product on my (clean!) finger, then gently rub it across my eyelashes until the mascara has "broken up" (you can tell by the way your eyelashes feel -- it doesn't take long!) and then wipe over the area with a wet tissue to remove it all. I usually follow that up by using a wet bath cloth to get anything the tissue didn't remove. It works every single time, no matter what brand of waterproof mascara I've used. This is the only makeup remover I use. I wear waterproof mascara and this is the only makeup remover that I have found that gets it off without a lot of scrubbing. I put a little bit on my fingers. Rub my eyes, then I rub it all over my face to remove all traces of my foundation too. Then I use a washcloth with hot water to wipe it all off. It gets harder to find this in stores but Amazon always have it for a reasonable price and a bottle lasts for months even with daily use. ... show more
