Earlier this year we had a block party at the end of the road and we used this. It became the talk of the neighborhood. People initially mocked it but since it had the cover and ALL the enormous amounts of room for the food we actually used a few Tupperware lids for dividing the other foods in a single long tray. It was easy to get set-up and cleaned. It was awesome in storage Capacity. I think one of our friends said she thought this was genius. Might even use this at her church potluck. I think she might have a good idea! We had taco and haystacks so the trays had all the cold toppings. It worked out great for us. I would say this is a tad expensive but thinking long term, I'd say this is worth it because it will last us forever and is getting used a lot more than we expected. ... show more

    • Very good quality
I got this to try to keep some baked goods cold at the farmers market this summer. This is WAY more heavy duty than I anticipated (note: this means it does have some weight to it). This appears to be quite good quality. Even the plastic dome on the top is thicker plastic and sturdier than I anticipated. The only thing I would say that surprised me (quality wise) in a negative way is the fact the caps for the water bottles that you freeze just pull on and off and don't twist/screw on. It made me nervous they would leak or something. Did not happen, even laying the bottles sideways in my freezer (which is why I did not dock a star), but felt I should mention it. The three pans fit into the tray really nicely and the dome feels secure while on. Both sides of the dome can be flipped back, which is a nice feature if you were using this for a buffet (or on my end, I can grab something from behind my table or my customers could from their side). ... show more
