One of the pins that holds the door to the display broke off. Even though we purchased the product on May 20 we only started using the display case a month ago. We actually only open/close the door once a day as the sample food in there is only for customers to see and replaced with fresh samples each day. I was hoping to contact the manufacturer to see if they could help but could not find the option to do so on Amazon. ** Follow-up: I contacted the vendor directly (google searched them) and they sent me 2 replacement pieces immediately!
