I have a subscribe and save for 32 rolls. The order showed no changes. I got 24 rolls. 25% is a pretty big short. The picture is correct for what I got, but the item selection says 32 rolls. Not 24. These are great one ply tissue which works great with our septic tank. They don’t tear easily like our previous brand. Having them on subscription makes them a good value for the money.

My wife and I have been buying Cottonelle toilet paper exclusively for over 30 years. In the past the higher price was justified because the quality of Cottonelle toilet paper was always better than other toilet papers. But over the last few years the quality has deteriorated. Now it is no better than the cheap brands. There are 2 main problems: The overall quality of the toilet paper has gone down. It gets mushy when used, like cheap toilet paper. Also, they are doing the perforation differently, so that the sheets do not tear cleanly at the perforation line, like they used to. The perforation line is also harder to see than it used to be. They often tear in the middle of the sheet, wasting product. Also the "New and Improved" mega-roll they came out with in the last couple of years is actually significantly smaller then the old mega rolls, I would estimate it weighs about 15% less then the original mega-roll, and you can visually see the circumference of the roll is significantly smaller than before. And to add insult to injury, it cost 19 dollars more for the same quantity --- six 24-packs --- then it did just a couple years ago. "Shrink-flation" at its worst. Shame on Cottonelle. We are switching to another brand. ... show more

I can't believe this is called ultra comfort. It is literally the most uncomfortable toilet paper I have ever used, on a scale from the cheapest, one-ply off-brand to sandpaper, this is like the roughest, coarsest I have ever experienced. I can't believe I bought such a large supply. I don't even know what I am going to do with it. I wouldn't even line a bird cage with it, if I had a bird; I have too much respect for living things. Like everything else these days this toilet paper used to be wider and thicker. Now it is smaller and thinner. Not worth the money anymore and it sheds like a Siberian husky leaving white dust in your underwear and all over the place. Seriously do not buy this garbage!

I’ve been a long time Cottonelle user, primarily for its strength and because it wouldn’t get “crumbs” everywhere. Sadly, the last couple years it has gotten really bad. Initially it was just when opening the packages, you would have some random TP “dust” or lint on the rolls, but once you used it - the quality was still holding up. But the last year it started ripping way too easily and the crumbs have been a disaster. I should have done this a year ago, but I tried out some Charmin Ultra Strong and it’s night and day difference. So, if you are in a similar frustration with Cottonelle I’d recommend trying the Charmin Ultra Strong. If you want a softer feel, maybe try the Ultra Soft, but I primarily just didn’t want the nasty residue the Cottonelle was leaving behind (or on my behind), so I went with the strong. ... show more

The reason I got Continental ultra soft is because it comes also in a stronger version but it's very hard on your skin. I didn't want to make that mistake again. Even for a one ply toilet paper it is very strong. This one is smooth and doesn't irritate your skin. There are many roles and their price is no different than a price that you would see at Walmart or somewhere like that. And they are very big rolls. ... show more
