I needed a white curtain that isn’t too sheer, but also not room darkening. My living room is overly bright during the day, so I wanted to layer two sets of curtains so that I’d have the option to make the room darker during the day, without being completely room-darkening. I’ve tired soo many sets of white curtains, and I finally found these. My only complaint is that they do not lay as pictured in the first two images in the description.. which is because they do not have rod pockets. Instead, they have curtain tabs, so the curtains do not lay flush/flat on the rod. I settled on these though since everything else about them is perfect. I’m going to sew the top of curtains down so that they sit flush with the curtain rod and don’t stick up. Overall though, I love these and they are a great price! I inserted curtain lights which I also bought on Amazon, and I could not be happier with the turnout!

I wasn’t sure what the quality would be for such an item but was pleasantly surprised! Purchased two sets for bedroom. Paired with a sheer panel between. I wanted windows to feel light, but something a bit more opaque than a sheer panel. These are perfect. They have a bit of weight without being heavy.

I bought a colorful pair of Indian tapestries to use as curtains, but they are slightly transparent from the outside at night. I bought these curtains in white to go behind them. They are opaque but still let in some sunlight in the daytime. They are not too heavy and not too light. They fit the bill perfectly.

These are very nice and well made curtains. The back rod tabs make the curtains hang neatly. However, they are a very stark cool white with an almost bluish hue, which doesn’t match my room. I would definitely have purchased another color if available.

We moved a few months ago and wanted to install curtains over our patio doors for privacy. After reading about curtain types and perusing some curtains in Bed Bath & Beyond, we opted to order these from Amazon for several reasons - The dimensions are perfect for patio doors, as pictured - These are cotton, so they won’t smell like burning plastic after long term exposure to sunlight (unlike polyester) - These are (in theory) machine washable, so there’s no need to dry clean or hand wash - These are considerably more affordable than cotton/natural fiber curtains of the same size elsewhere. Also, the panels come as a set and are not sold separately. When they arrived, we were pleased with the finish of the curtains - no stray threads, tears, etc. The fabric was decently thick, so no one can see through the curtains day or night. Bear in mind that these are not total blackout curtains - you could probably get a liner to make them so. A few days ago, we accidentally got some dirt on one of the panels. We took it down and washed it. However, when we put it back up, it was clear that the panel we washed was shorter than the other one by several inches! The fabric was not preshrunk. Fortunately the shrinking occurred symmetrically, so one side is not longer than the other. I’ll also note that the wrinkles from the packaging did not fall out until we washed the one panel and have not fallen out of the unwashed panel despite months of hanging. The washed panel had smaller wrinkles after washing/drying; so if you’re concerned about aesthetics, they would have to be ironed. Overall, we’re pleased but want to leave the caveats of the fabric shrinking and wrinkles here

Billowy white cotton curtains, perfect for blowing in the gentle summer breeze. I did read many of the other reviews, and washed and dried these before ironing (grrrr) and hanging. I'm not actually sure how much shrinkage there was but since I was attacking these with a shears to get these to the right length for my kitchen windows, I wanted to make sure it wouldn't shrink when it would be time to wash these again. I sheared off about 24 inches or so, and then began the work of safety-pins instead of a proper hem (a proper hem would be lovely, but I don't sew). I love the sort of punk look to a summer classic, and I really am pleased that the plethora of 2" safety pins added a bit of weight at the bottom, kind of like the chain in old Chanel suit jackets. The tabs fit my bamboo pole perfectly; literally a bamboo pole from a lumberyard. It isn't quite as easy to shove the curtains open, the tabs stop this. I will use a couple of white gauze (mosquito netting or cheesecloth) loose ties to hold the curtains open, loosely so the freshly ironed cotton doesn't irretrievable wrinkle. Unlike the greyish/white - who in the world ever thought greyish/white was pretty - blackout curtains these replaced, there is light coming through. I don't think it's actually sheer, just a gorgeous lightweight cotton. I couldn't locate plain white light billowy curtains for the kitchen, and I really don't like sweet little curtains. I am so happy with this, and the price is fabulous. It's actually less expensive than simply buying yards of fabric.
