It looked great out of the box... relatively easy to install but stopped making ice... It was adjusted several times as per the directions. No ice is being made after 10 days. We called for service help... There is no service in the United States. BUYER BEWARE!! It's junk... no one in the service industry has ever heard of the brand... $2,400 wasted on nothing more than a paper weight

it has been installed for a week after i got this ice machine! the installation is easier than i thought. it comes with all the pipes needed to connect the water and the outlet as well. and the filter comes with the package too. Very neat! Save me a lot of time! thereis a digital screen at the front top, it shows how many minutes for the next panel of ice. let it sit a night, you will get a full bin!

After 11 months of quality ice production, the computer screen malfunctioned and the unit quit working. When the Cotlin representative was contacted they agreed to send an entire new upper ice making unit. Installation is relatively easy with 2 people- 98 lbs. Now installed, we have plenty of ice again.

Bought ice maker in November of 2022. Worked great For 8 months. While it did work the only issue was it had a lot of condensation and constantly dripped water. But now it’s not making ice. Have a service guy looking into it but he’s telling me it’s hard to find parts due to being Chinese made.

The media could not be loaded. This equipment comes in 2 different packages that arrived on the same day. The machine is easy to set up, with a small LED screen that you can assess the settings to. You can choose the thickness of the ice cubes that you want the machine to make. The machine runs great so far doesn’t make much noise. Just a heads up that this ice machine is 110W.

Makes a LOT of ice quickly. Love it! But… we have water running down the side occasionally. It worried some of the kitchen team, so they turned the machine off. We have it back on, but it just gets a little drippy from time to time.

I am very impressed with their customer service. Unit stopped making ice after 14 month. They replaced the whole machine with a new one. I would always do business with them again.
