We bought this to use as a Montessori shelf for my 2.5 year old daughter's toys and to de-clutter our space. Every couple weeks we rotate the toys out and store the rest away in a closet. Easy to assemble. Took me about an hour with the kiddo helping which typically adds some extra time. Less sturdy than what I was expecting for what I paid, otherwise it's pretty great. If your kiddo is a climber I would secure it to a wall. If you're using this as a bookshelf it may be heavy enough to prevent from tipping but I wouldn't rely on it. Appreciate the surface material as it's easy to remove crayon stains with help from Clorox wipes and some elbow grease. Overall would recommend. Displays her toys so nicely! ... show more

This is exactly what I was hoping for. Sturdy, easy to assembly. I was looking for a kids bookshelf to atore/display my daughter’s toys which made of real wood and this was perfect! Easy to put together and holds a lot of toys. Perfect for my 4 year olds room. It fits nicely in a corner, slightly on the smaller side but it still serves its purpose. For the price it's a good deal, but took me a little over 1 hour to put together. It does the job for me and fits in the small space and can hold a lot of toys for my daughter. Since I had grandchildren coming to visit me, and it was bitter, cold outside, I had to create a room where we could have fun. The white shelves were perfect as a backdrop for toys, colorful crayons and markers etc. putting them together took a little bit, but basically follow the directions exactly and you will be good to go, I am not a rocket scientist and it took me roughly an hour and a half to put the whole thing I can move it around the room and not worry about it bending or falling apart, it is sturdy And I don’t worry about Littles, climbing, or putting heavy toys on it. Once built, this product actually looks decent for the price. However, as others have said, it was a nightmare assembling this product. First, It was a challenge to make the screws fit into the holes and because that was the case, you have to exert a bit of a force to get it to fit but forcing the screws into the holes resulted to cracking the wood easily. Second, unfortunately, the product is in fact wobbly once assembled and not the most sturdy. :( I thought about returning it but disassembling it was as much of a nightmare as assembling it. I ended up with just putting together all the parts except for the two wood that goes on the side because it won't fit. Overall, if i am being honest, I will not recommend the product unless they make appropriate changes. ... show more

Overall, this is a great size and value for a bookshelf in a child's room. Only concern is that there are no screws holding it together --just dowels really. It's nice but not as sturdy as would be preferred.

This bookshelf is great! Was super easy to put together, all the pieces were clearly labeled. My husband put It together in about an hour, without any issues. I’m using it for kids toys but it can be used for a vast array of things such as books, Knick knacks, really anything! Totally recommend it!
