I waited to review this washer because I wanted to be sure it worked for me. I am very happy. The washer has manual features, such as placing water in the washer and draining the water; the spin cycle is separate. Do not overload the washer. My clothing is clean.     • Great little machine…great customer service…but the instruction book needs to be in a bigger font!

It took some time to figure out a setup for this washer/spinner. The drain is simply gravity and that drain opening is very close to the floor….and too low to drain into my shower. My solution was to buy the roll around cart suggested on the same page as the washer, add 2 planks to heighten that opening off the floor and duct taped it to hold everything in place. I use my portable shower handle to fill the tub, add detergent sheet and clothes and start the washer. When done, drain it, then refill to rinse clothes…and one final drain. The drain works very well. The clothes need to be wrung out by hand…then into the spinner which is amazing! My ONLY complaint…the instruction book is printed in such a small font that you need a magnifying glass to read it! That is countered by the excellent customer service…they answered every single question promptly! ... show more

Awesome for apartments! Saves me trips to the laundromat and cleans clothes efficiently and the spin dryer works so well. The inlet hose does not fit my faucet so for now I just fill the wash basin with a bucket or more of water but I’ve seen others use a handheld shower hose to fill it. So there are options. Not big enough for really large and heavy quilts or covers but not a big deal. I can still wash 90% of my laundry in this machine. This well-built compact washer is definitely "compact." To get an idea of its size, picture a standard-size bathtub with a 24" X 52" bathing area. This washer would take up about two-thirds of that space. (A bathtub is actually an ideal place for one of these washers because it can be filled easily, and the water from the drain hose goes literally down the drain.) The washer has two powerful motors, one for the agitator and a second one for the spinning rinser. The agitator reverses direction after about fifteen seconds, ensuring that whatever is being laundered (including jeans, bed sheets, and towels) will have all dirt and grime removed. A small amount of any detergent will work well in this washer. The duration of the washing cycle can be set to as short as one minute and as long as fifteen minutes. The timer on the powerful spin dryer extends from one to five minutes--and the clothes are almost dry when the spinner shuts off. One drawback of this washer is that it lacks a pump for filling the washer, causing the user to have to fill it manually with a bucket. An easy "fix" is to buy an inexpensive battery-operated pump, attach the washer's filler hose to the pump, and immerse the pump in a small bucket of cold or hot water. The pump will fill the washer quickly and easily. Although compact, this washer is heavy and does not move when running. For those who do no more than about twelve pounds of laundry at a time, this compact and powerful washer may be an ideal purchase. ... show more

This washing machines design may not be liked as it is not anything elegant or fancy looking. But man is the build quality on this thing magnificent. Even with it not having the industrial materials made to make other washing machines such as LG, and Samsung it held up. (We used this about every week or so) it is lightweight so the ease of moving it around the house was definitely a bonus. I had constructed a table and set up in the laundry room for it to drain into a container. We did not want to have to put it in the bathtub every time. Also I did not want any fuzzies from socks and clothes to clog our drains. The drains very fast so as soon as you switch it to drain be ready as water will come out fast. Once you spin dry it is amazing how little time it takes for your clothes to dry. Within an hour or so. It did leak a bit after use just be sure to let it sit on drain for 30min or so. It holds so much clothes I did a week’s worth of work clothes (heavy material) in one in a half washes. Overall this worked for us for what we needed. If you’re looking to just throw your clothes in a machine and put it on a 28min wash mode then throw in the dryer for another 20. This is not going to be your friend. We liked being able to save money as this is not running water the whole wash. We also like the process. Wash and hang dry. Good luck on your findings. ... show more

    • Powerful, useful, but limited capacity. Overall: GREAT!

I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The agitator side holds a fair amount, not nearly as much as a regular washer, but a pair of sweats or pants, a couple of shirts, couple of underwear and a couple pair of socks. The spinner side is REALLY small, but super efficient and only takes 5 minutes or less to spin out significantly more water than a regular washer does, so it cuts down on drying time significantly. Most wash loads have to be done in 2 separate spin loads. The blankets I had when I got it, fit in the washing side, but not in the spinner side, so I had to buy less fluffy blankets. The new blankets take a little effort to get into the spinner, and they fill it completely, but it washes and spins them just fine. I'm considering switching to a portable washer than washes and spins in the same tub, so I can wash larger items, but I also suspect they will not do nearly as good a job at removing water as the tiny spinner in this thing. Overall REALLY happy with it! It sits up on top of little risers, in the bathtub of my RV, so I can just let it drain into the tub. ... show more
