The media could not be loaded. About time it arrived!! I ordered it the day after black Friday, they said I’ll receive it on Dec 2. Fed ex emailed and said on the 4th. Then I get another email saying the 6, than the 7th. Until it finally came in on the 8th!! I hooked it up right away and boooooy it was worth every penny. Yeah it’s gotta be small loads but better than going to the laundromat. I def didn’t have a problem hooking it up. No Leaks, easy to move around , easy to use, spins the hell out the clothes, great quality, functions better than a big one, last but not least MAKES NO NOISE!! I’m obsessively inlove with this, never in a million years did it ever crossed my mind getting a small machine but being that the landlord won't it. I can easily hide it in my closet. I’m a single mother and on my days off I hate spending it at a laundromat, it’s enough I have to clean a whole house by myself. I totally recommend it, just make sure you do not overload and even out the clothes. I first tried it putting the clothes in first, I kinda didn’t like it because it held back on the amount of water, so I fill it half way with water and detergent than put the clothes in it is better that way.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited when I saw this had arrived earlier than expected! I live in a small community with a shared set with a schedule for use, but that washer often needs repair due to abuse, so I had enough and decided to buy this after 2 of my neighbors recommended it (one of them has had hers for 5 years). It works great! I couldn't be happier with this little washer! Its just my son and I, and this little washer allows me more freedom to wash as needed instead of having our laundry pile up. I dont over fill it, because I want it to last a long time. I can comfortably put a couple of my pants, a few of my son's, a few of each of our shirts, undergarments, and socks in, and it does the job! SUPER easy to set up, as well. I felt the instructions on actually using it lacked a bit, so I watched YouTube videos, and it was much easier that way. I sat with it through the whole first load to be sure there were no leaks or error codes, and it did wonderfully! It has a pause in the middle of the cycle to allow clothing to soak in detergent for a bit, and then continues, so dont panic! It did come with a couple imperfections that do not affect the function of the machine, so originally I was going to do 4 stars, but the company was very quick to rectify the issue with $60 back, which I think is very fair consideringthe nachine had no leaks and works great. It also just further improves the experience for me.

****Edit after washing about 40-50 loads over a few months: Noisy when unbalanced. This could've been a 5-star review, because the motor is quiet and it works beautifully overall. My original review (everything below this paragraph) still holds true. However, I've found that it can be unbearably noisy if the load gets unbalanced. There's NO cushion of any kind between the drum and the plastic outer wall, and when a wobbly drum-housing starts whacking that wall, it sounds like a middle-schooler learning to play a snare drum. Given the crummy instructions, I wish I could give it 3.5 stars -- but that's not possible in an individual review, and 3 stars would be unfair. Love this little machine for our small apartment! Unlike other mini-washers, this one functions like a full-grown washing machine, just smaller. I've done several loads so far, and my complaints are mostly trifling: the supplied water line and drain hose could be longer, as could the power cord. I bought extensions for the drain hose and power cord, and will eventually buy a longer water line. (In a small bathroom you actually need MORE length than less, because if you can't move the machine to a convenient spot, you're blocking off access to a the whole room.) The one real problem I can't fix on my own is the instructions -- they are absolute crap. If you've been reading about other mini-machines, you might assume you have to put the water in yourself, with either a bucket or a hose attachment. While you do have to attach the hose to a tap and turn on the water, the machine controls the water intake. Until you start the load, water won't enter. The fill/refill and draining are all fully automatic. Which is excellent, except during the few minutes you're freaking out because you've turned on the tap but nothing is happening. If you give up on the instructions, do this for the first few loads and figure out the other controls later: 1. Run the tap to heat the water, then turn it off and attach the hose. Turn the water back on. (COSTWAY: Since the max recommended temp is 122 degrees, some kind of thermometer on the hose or in the control panel would be helpful.) 2. Load your clothes (no more than about two-thirds full), add detergent, and close the lid. 3. Press the power button. The screen will say "01," which means it's programmed for a normal wash cycle of about 60 minutes. 4. Press the water-level button to select 3, 4, or 5 liters. The 5 setting will just about fill the drum. 5. Press the start button. Everything after that is automated. Additional tips: -- Clean the filter after every load. It's extremely easy to do, and given its small size it will fill up quickly. -- Some YouTube videos recommend putting in the soap, filling it partway, and adding the clothes. This may be ideal, but the lid-open alarm is pretty loud. I now skip that step and just add the detergent with my clothes. -- Put a cheap lint trap on the drain hose; you'll be surprised at how much it catches that would otherwise be going into your pipes. It helps to put it on a dolly of some kind. I bought this one, which is inexpensive, has built-in levels, and can be adjusted to fit the base almost exactly (meaning fewer stubbed toes, etc.). I do not have hook ups in my tiny home for a washer. This little washer works excellent, i bought alittle platform on wheels for it and i just pull it into my bathroom and hook it up to the sink..works perfectly. It fits 3-4 pants and shirts, sock and panties in a load or my queen size sheets, or a blanket..probably wouldnt fit my comforter but i am very happy with it. I use tide pods in it with no problem. Was super easy to change my faucet to the quick connect.
