This washing machine is the best for someone who doesn't wash a lot of clothes. Have had a big washing machine for ten years and wish I knew about this one. Who knows maybe it wasn't made 10 years ago. Have a small washroom so this allows for a lot more space. And it cleans the clothes!. First of all, i bought this because I didn’t want to pay expensive monthly fees that my apartment charges.. $20-$30/month. Because if you pay $20-30/month, you end up paying $240-$360. This product has been pretty reliable but you do have to realize few things: 1. You should not overload the machine. In other word, do not push crazy amount of large capacity. This is supposed to be small size so expect to do few rounds of laundry. 2. When you are connecting the water connection, you can use either the kitchen sink or bathroom. I have it setup in kitchen. 3. One negative but easy fix- the water connection part needs to be pluggef into the sink, you need an extra water-filled bowl to hold down the water exit pipe. This way, when the water is exiting your washing machine, the water isn’t splashing everywhere and going into the kitchen sink (as it should). This know-how took 3-5times and i did once flood my floor a bit. So i was angry, But once I performed this, it became no issue afterward. 4. The company is actually pretty responsive because when I told them about the faucet issue, they emailed and reimbursed me the cost. 5. Costway may seem unreliable but for me, after using it for more than 1yr safely and reliably, i can say “this works for a single or a couple” who lives in an apartment. It’s perfect, small, and doesn’t take much space. 6. Price wise- It’s good and reliable. It took me almost 3-5months to find a reliable one since I am picky- I want cheap, reliable, affordable, easy-fix, and energy efficient washing machine. This machine fits the bill 90%. 7. As for the dust collection, make sure you empty the dust collecting bin inside the washing machine. It should be located inside the tumbling metal. You can easily click open and put back in. 8. Remember that this device have limit of 8lb so do not OVERload it like crazy. Just put your clothes by dividing them into two parts. Let it run while you cook or watch TV/netflix. Once it is done, the beeper will tell you it is done. Enjoy! And if you liked this review, please thumbs up! It took me a while to get this done. Honest review for both good/bad details always! This thing is a really great product for people living in small apartments. It works fantastic. The only problem I had with this experience is that they sent me the wrong color and I needed it for an emergency and couldn’t afford to send it back. I’m okay with it but if I had the time I would have returned it for the right color. Make sure you specify what color you want multiple times to make sure you don’t get disappointed like I was. ... show more

    • Does not work!
I liked the machine size and noise level. It went through one wash load and quit. Second load of clothes it would not agitate or spin. The loads were small. I didn’t even use the highest water level. I washed lingerie in the first load. Now the inconvenience of returning it.

It's smelling compact and fits great in my RV I use it on a regular basis it works excellent it gets my clothes clean and it is quiet as a mouse with the exception the hose seems to leak in the gaskets don't seem to be very good we've had to buy a new gaskets and still have problems with it weekend where it attaches to the sink caution buy a strainer for your sink and make sure you put it in it cuz it does produce lint I don't know it's awesome I would recommend anybody buying this machine it's quieter than regular huge machines and it works better too ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far so good I’ve used it 4x and 2 of those 4x I flooded my floor so first of all if you order this you might as well add some longer hoses to your cart. Mind you I knew going in I’d need longer hose because I read the reviews and was like maybe just maybe it’ll be long enough it’s not I promise it’s not long enough. I think the way the hose is bent and the Lil clip it has is for like one of those older plastic laundry room sinks. I was able to hook it right up to my kitchen sink but my counter tops are to high for the drain hose Hines why I flooded the floor trying to make a Contraption to hold it in place. But yes it washes like I’d expect it to. NO it does not DRY your clothes it spins them out really well personally 60 mins of wasted electricity and ware on the machine. Im hoping In the video y’all can see how much was in the washer it was 4 pairs of plus size shorts a plus size shirt and 3 face masks. Also decided to invest in one of the dryers I have a 4 year old and all her lil clothes are to much to hang dry. A little smaller than a dishwasher ... show more
