I’ve had a coffee warmer for about a year that I used with a ceramic mug. Kept the coffee from getting cold, but not really hot. Decided to try a flat bottom mug and landed on this one. I was amazed at the difference. Not only does my coffee stay hot, I have to use the medium setting it works so well. Plus, you get two for about the same price as the rest are charging for one. I liked the appearance and performance of these cups. They work well on a heating plate/element. The lids are an added plus for.holding a spoon or a.straw for drinking through. In my opinion, these cups are excellent to have. Worth the money.

I bought it to work with a warmer device. It does that, the metal absorbs heat, keeping the coffee hot. It would be nice if the rim had a coating that kept the lip from being too hot, but even then its not too bad. I wish I had bought a larger size, but this one works.

    • Worth the money and get the warmer!

I'm absolutely in love with this product. I had a $10 coffee warmer and I got my money's worth but it was time to replace. I bought the warmer to try before buying more cups because they are a little pricey & wish they had more color selections but beware, condensation does build up in the genius lid to keep the heat in you'll learn how to take it off without getting water on yourself or a computer, etc. I usually have a tissue and wipe off the water. It's almost impossible to find completely flat bottomed cups! I was so happy I almost cried but that's because I'm bed ridden, terminal on only liquids & need it. My husband will make 2 cups for me & set it on my wood cube stand that gives me access to what I need bc I can't get up alone or stand/walk to make more. Personally, I just add from the one not on the warmer & crank up the heat to 152° and about a half hour later it's piping got again. I keep my coffee at 149° usually. My issue is that my blue lid came broken & I registered for the extra warranty through the company but I contacted Amazon right away & they pulled my review & said I was not in the guidelines but I wasn't happy that they wanted me to go through the loops with the shipping company & we're in a very rural area. The closest would be a 2 hour drive there and back. I just asked for a new lid or a replacement set. But I highly recommend this and the warmer that also comes with a cup in Black silicone and a black lid. Just wish I could even buy a replacement lid that came broken but my time is precious and I've already spent over 9 hours either on the phone or chat (my preference so it's right there in front of you what was said and when.) ... show more

I bought these cups to use on my coffee warmer on my desk. Yes, the coffee warmer gets it very warm - but it gets warm in all the wrong places. The handle is the only part I can touch when I drink coffee. I can't pick it up around the middle (even though there is a rubber texture to it) because it gets extremely hot. Even around the rim gets very hot. I don't use the lid when I heat it and I don't have the coffee warmer on a high setting. It just gets way too hot for my preference so I don't enjoy using these cups. ... show more
