I love this product. If you are wondering if you are getting your face clean in the shower, do a white towel test. After getting new white towels, I noticed that there was so much makeup on the towel after I dried my face from the shower. I purchased this for a deeper clean. I use one of the brush heads with my usual cleanser in the shower, and when I dry my face there is no left over makeup. I use one of the other brush attachments to apply my moisturizer which feels like a massage. Then I use the massage head with the little metal balls to apply cream to my neck in hopes that it will improve the skin there. There were other more expensive brushes at the make up stores, but this does everything I need so I don't know why I would spend more. ... show more

So far so good, I purchased two units (one for me and one for my son) and they arrived in good condition, are easy to use and feel nice on the face. They have multiple brush options, so far only have used the silicone brush head. I do feel like it helps get my skin cleaner that washing with my fingers alone and is much gentler than a washcloth. I will continue to use and using it in the shower is easy and convenient, though per the instructions I do remove the brush head after each use to ensure everything dries thoroughly to not harbor bacteria. I’m terrible at washing my face at night. As I head into another new year of attempting to improve self care, I’ve set a goal for this poor 40 year old skin to be washed before bed each night. I decided on this item because it was inexpensive, so if I fail at my goal, no big loss. I’ve been using the brush every night for 1 week. I’m really pleased with my results. I can’t believe how smooth my face feels and bright my skin looks. I use the largest/hardest bristled attachment and it’s still extremely soft, and my skin has never felt so clean. Truly amazed. This product worked great for me until it stopped working. I have very sensitive skin, so I didn’t want anything too strong, and I absolutely loved it until it randomly stopped working. Last Christmas, I received a face brush that I loved. It was rechargeable and had nine different heads. Unfortunately, it didn't last the year. It was over $75. I've been looking for a new one but wanted to spend less for the same thing to happen. I took a chance with this brush; it's small, fits comfortably in my hand, and has several brush attachments that snap easily on. More importantly, it's waterproof. Before purchasing this item, some of the comments I read said that the motor wasn't strong, the batteries didn't last long, and the brushes weren't soft on the face. I don't want to diminish others' experiences, but I've had zero issues, and the attachment for sensitive skin works wonderfully for me. My only " complaint " is that I wish the brush were rechargeable. It would make the whole experience better. I like that it cleans well and gets the job done for something that is alot cheaper than the Clarisonic. I feel it spins too fast though.. you need to maintain good control of it. I used it in the shower one time and my eyes were closed and I had some hair in my face and it spun so fast that it got tangled within the center piece of it since there's a gap there.
