  • Best chair ever!
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
I’ve had this chair since 2017 and camp with it several times a year. I’m not gentle with my camping gear, at all! This chair has been hit by smoldering logs, burn holes from hot coals, people have fallen on it, it’s been knocked over with people in it, thrown in and out of my truck, etc. it’s held up wonderfully well! I’m 6’1” 220 pounds, and I don’t gently sit in it, I plop my butt down in it! I still use it today, even with about a dozen burn holes in it. Still comfortable as the day I bought it and functions as new. It’s super comfortable, the arms are comfortable and strong, stable on uneven ground, the padding in the seat and back provide protection from the cold and wind, cup holder still works great, pockets still in perfect condition. I’ve never owned a folding camp chair as good as this one! I love it so much that I just ordered a new one. Not to replace my old one, but just to have as a backup in case I can’t find this same chair in the future. It’s a tad pricey now, but you get your money’s worth! ... show more

  • Terrific Outdoor Chair
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
I really like this chair! For a few years, I've had a couple of those Wal-Mart $5 specials. Finally I was totally sick of the old chairs. After some researching I came up with these chairs. There was a version with a lower back support strap, but I wanted to try these first. I picked up a couple of them; they arrived 2 days later. Pulling them out, they set up perfectly and quickly. There were a couple of things I noticed about them right away: SUPER sturdy! No give, no shift. Rock Solid, more than I've seen in almost any other chair. The next thing is that these were COMFORTABLE! The cheapo chairs had vertical supports for the back where the ends dug into my shoulders, and there was no support, kind of like trying to sit up in a loose hammock. These were VERY comfortable. The arms are solid and stable. The fabric is soft, yet supportive. There's even enough lower back support (for me, at least) that I decided that going over to the chair with the specific support wasn't necessary. The finish is VERY good. Nothing loose, no threads, etc. The fit is excellent for multiple sizes. My wife is 5'; it's comfortable for her. I'm 5'8": good for me too. The only downside is that these chairs are a little heavy. For what I want to do, which is usually picnic in the park or tailgate in a parking lot with friends (so we can see them safely), I don't care. I don't even care if I have to carry them a mile or so. But if I were doing a hike where I'd have to carry them for a few (or many) miles, they would get too heavy. So for what I want: PERFECT. Stable, comfortable, well-made, well-finished. I'll probably get a couple more in a bit, for when our adult kids or good friends get together. ... show more

  • Love this chair
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
First off, this is not a chair to use if you plan on hiking anywhere far. It's definitely the nicest camping chair I've ever owned though. I've been through quite a few camping chairs, some better than others, but none of them ever seem very comfortable. Once I tried this out, I knew I had found "the one." There's a cup holder and pocket on the side, both of which are great additions but what really makes this chair great is how comfortable it is. When you open it up theres a sort of "pillow" effect with the separate sections of the seat and back puffing up over a few minutes. The material it's made of is softer and more comfortable than any other camping chair I've used, hands down. What I probably like most about it is the ability to stretch out a bit and sit in different positions. With other camping chairs and being on the taller side myself, I've always found that unless I'm sitting perfectly upright, there's just no other way to get comfortable. This I can lean back, stretch my legs, and yes sit upright comfortably too. It seems to be made very well in general and to be really good quality. There's also a carry bag for it. The only thing I would be concerned about is how it would hold up in the rain. Because of the softer material it doesn't seem like it would be very water resistant. I could be wrong though because when I've used it camping and it rained, I was able to put it in the tent and I'd rather not test it out. (Update: Went through another camping season with this chair and it was caught in the rain. It did take quite a while to dry but otherwise no damage. Still love it and very comfortable). Overall, it really is an awesome chair and absolutely worth the money. I can say without exaggerating that it really is the most comfortable and well made camping chair I've owned. ... show more

  • I had no idea the chair weighed a ton
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
This is a park teh car and sit chair. Not a hiking chair. Do not plan on going more than 100 feet with this chair it's too HEAVY and it's also bulky to carry far no question bout it. I have to return it. Got it yesterday but was shocked at its weight. I hike about a half mile to places I like, but definitely cannot take this chair due to its weight. What is it 20 lbs.? I have no idea. Abd it's about a foot across wrapped up in its not so easy to carry bulky case. The add never stated its weight, now I know why! Bummer! It stated how much the chair could hold but did not give the weight of the chair. You have to receive it to know it. They should tell people how much it weights, it would help people like me. ... show more

  • Buying again!!!
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
Bought this chair again because it's very comfortable for me. It doesn't bother the back of my legs like alot of other chairs do. I would definitely buy again if/when I need to. Shipping was good too, came a day before I thought it would!!!

  • Padded back is nice!
Color: Hard Arm Chair (Grey)
This is a nice chair for our Northwestern camping. Most chairs have mesh on the backs, which is nice in hot climates, but this chair is padded on the seat and the back. This is great for those colder nights sitting around a camp fire without having to sit in a blanket :-)
